Never again will I EVER go into this store. I went to do an exchnage. I bought size 4 instead of size 8. The sizes were not on the correct rack. A grown man working there refused to except them. Extremely rude and just kept saying “nope”.

I have had the worst experience with them. I went in to exchange a 2 pant sizes for my son, employee named Samar said they can’t do the exchange bc I wasn’t giving them my carters account which has nothing to do with the exchange if I have a receipt I’ve done returns in the past, and I’ve never had an issue. She said it’s a new policy , and without the carters account she wasn’t going to do the exchange, I was never asked for that account when I made a purchase. the Carter’s account information which had nothing to do with the exchange she was refusing to do the exchange.Samar kept saying it was a new policy I’ve never hear of this. I called Corporate they need to know that some of these people out here are spreading false information,they were very rude!

I recently visited the Williston Vermont store to make a purchase. During my experience at the counter, I worked with a young lady named Brittany, and because of the fact that she was so new, with the question that I had, she had me speak with her supervisor Samar. It’s rare that you encounter someone who is so passionate about what they do, their desire to provide the most incredible customer service, and not just going the extra mile, but going the full marathon to make sure that your experience is absolutely the best one you’ve ever had, but this is the exact description of Samar. I had had a less than impressive experience with customer service on the phone, and Samar worked tirelessly to make sure that at the conclusion of my phone call, that I would be leaving her store 100% happy, which is exactly how my visit concluded. I hope to see Samar at all of my future visits!
