I checked out several banks to set up estate funds. Banks I went to were either too busy to see me, not trained, or waiting for a customer. I was the only one in the bank!
Last bank I met Erin. She said hello, and told me just a short wait and she would see me.
I can't tell how nice this visit was. Very Happy, well respected, very friendly, well explained. Highly recommend.
By the way my regular bank credit union would not open an estate account because all members have to be affiliated with credit union, all reside out of state.
Thanks again Erin for a very nice visit.

Literally the worst customer service I have encountered in my life. They took time to call me at work after I left to tell me I was being aggressive so I would have to call the 1800 number to get my problems fixed.

Always double check your rolled change you receive from this branch. They've given me multiple nickels in rolls of quarters I've gotten from here. I suggest opening any rolled change before leaving the teller if possible.

Friendly and quick customer service. Only downside are the hours, but the ATM is 24/7.

Bank only open 9-4 and ATM is always down, I can never take my money out when I urgently need it. You need to change your hours or get a new ATM that actually works.Will gladly change star review if either of these can be done

No one ever answers the phone at this bank. if you have a question or problem, be prepared to have to go in person.
