We were simply looking for bear spray. After asking 2 times to people working there, they told me to go to the front registrer. Once here there was nothing, so I asked to the young lady cashier who told me they received some this morning but it was too complicated to locate it... We went back inside to ask to an old man who was welling to help and finally found it in 2 minutes...
If you hire young people during summer to help the community, make sure to hire those who really want to work and learn, not just get money at the end of the day

Terrible customer service at Dickâs in Williston. I went in to buy a pair of athletic shoes, and the employee who helped me seemed to be on another planet â definitely not one where theyâre trying to sell shoes. I asked for my size (which I even had in my hand), and he refused to bring it out. No willingness to help, no interest at all. A complete waste of time. I wonât be coming back.

I delivered my golf clubs on Friday morning to have new grips put on. I was told to expect a call Monday as that was the expected due date. Today, Tuesday I went to follow up and learned that the clubs have not been serviced. Moreover, the only technician authorized to work on clubs is out on a medical leave with no return date. No heads up call or communication leaving me in a lurch.

Place has nothing to do with Hunting anymore. Only fishing. Won't be long before they leave. No one is going to go there to buy camping stuff or kayaks when REI, and LL Bean are across the road and have better warranties. The Lodge used to do at least 40% of sales.

If you're looking for fishing gear, find Sue. She's extremely knowledgeable, and she's passionate about fishing. (She is actually a fishing educator for VT and this is her "fun" job!) What a gem!

Walked into the store an hour after opening. We Where Interested in purchasing two new bikes. Very limited amount of bikes to actually look at on display. All need to be assembled. Ask to buy two new bikes without seeing them just to be told that they are behind on online orders, and donât have time to put them together today. Maybe tomorrow. We call 7 hours later and get told they havenât even been started because âwe have been busy with online orders.â This morning when I came in person to your business I was told 3-4 ahead of our order. Apparently my business isnât wanted. Will never attempt to buy anything here again. Customer service here lacks every time I have come in. Itâs apparent you donât want to sell items.

Was so disappointed when I was in the store today. You have done away with everything to do with hunting. I only have shopped there for the hunting clothes and accessories that go with hunting. Sorry to say you have lost my business .

Every time I shop at this location itâs a problem. I went in on 3/12 to buy a set of golf clubs and was treated terribly. Walked around the golf department for 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me at all, until my kid knocked over a golf bag that someone had left leaning precariously against the wall. This is what brought the âhelpâ of an employee⊠the lady didnât even ask if I had questions or needed help with any merchandise! All she said was âyou need to control your kidâ in an extremely rude tone. In my opinion, that was way out of line, and you lost a sale. I was prepared to spend upwards of $1800, as I wanted the Taylor made RBZ Speedlite set and a Ping G430 driver, but I guess Iâll buy it elsewhere.
