solid fair deal...waited three ,months after purchase to write this. My vehicle was one of the older ones on the lot and therefore more subject to be having issues. NOT in this case. I fully endorse and support the integrity of this business

Bought a car a few years ago here. Over all it was a good car. I did need to replace the water pump within a couple months of buying it though. Additionally the sellers said they would give me another key or find me the second key. They never got back or contacted me they found it. In the end I made due with just one. The vehicle had a scratch on the bumper that they said they would fix. They ended up fixing it with some simple stick paint. Something I could have don’t better myself. Ok fine whatever. What really gets me is that when I went to trade the vehicle in I was told it wasn’t worth anything because it was a salvaged title. Something they never told me about. I won’t be shopping here ever again.

I would not recommend this place no matter how desperate you may be. You will get ripped off. I believe the buy most vehicles from auctions and do the most minimal repairs to see them. And if you have any issues or questions, you will never reach anyone or get a return call. Know this before you purchase anything from these people.Purchased a vehicle a few years ago and immediately had issues. Tried to call them back and they never answered or returned my call.Buyer beware.

They have good inventory but have a hard time getting you a loan. We were denied 3 times here and went to another place and were approved in an hour. They have a nice fecility and good staff. They are kind people. And I would say that I would go here again in future if I had more money

Would give more stars if I could. 10/10 would recommend buying from them. Had a quick and easy purchase thanks to Adam. Had a few minor problems with the car but brought it back and he fixed it no questions asked.

We stopped in to look at used cars for my son. Adam took time to really speak with him and explained some information we were unsure of. We found a used car through a private sale and brought it to earthy cars to have it checked. Adam again took time to speak with my son explaining what the mechanics were checking for. We had all the repairs needed at earthy cars after purchasing the first car! Adam has been great and has earned life long customers with his customer service!

I just bought a used car here (February of '21), and overall I had a great experience with Earthycars. I came in only having a rough idea of what kind of car I wanted to buy, and the owner was quite helpful in presenting some options and giving me some info on various cars I could get to fit my needs. When I ended up finding a car I liked and brought it to a garage, the mechanic there said that the vehicle was in great shape, and told me that Earthycars is the best/most trustworthy place to buy used cars in the Burlington area. That definitely made me more inclined to buy from them!Buying from the owner there was great, he was very down-to-earth (no pun intended) and respectful throughout, and was never pushy with sales at all. The website is also great, features all the necessary information about the vehicles, has great pictures, and perhaps most importantly includes a free Carfax report on all the vehicles (this definitely made them seem more trustworthy and made me more interested in buying from them). Some of the vehicles may seem priced slightly higher than competing used car dealerships, but I genuinely think that's because they tend to be in better shape than the competitor's vehicles.I'll update this review if I have any issues with the car in the next 6-12 months; if there's no update by then, then my car's still running great!(Also he doesn't always answer the phone immediately, as he seems to sometimes be busy working on the vehicles there, but if you leave a message he'll get back to you.)

I've had 2 experiences with EarthyCars. 4 yrs ago I bought my 1st car from them--a 2013 Kia Soul with very low mileage (8K!). It was straightforward & they made sure a recall was done at the Kia dealer, which I appreciated. This car has worked out well for me, although there's been some paint cracking on an area that was repaired by the previous owner. I wanted better MPG & a couple months ago I checked out a 2008 Prius with 89K miles they had. It wasn't an all bad experience & I honestly think many of the problems this time would be solved by having an additional staff person to share Adam's responsibilities. I know part of their business model is to NOT have a ton of salespeople & I think that helps them keep their prices lower, but it's gotten to a point where they really do need another staff. Here is a summary: -I came after work, during the last 30-45 mins of their hours. I didn't have time that first day to do a test drive but he let me sit in it and answered Qs, etc which was great. -I came back another day at the same time. I wasn't able to test drive the car because it was parked in another location & he didn't have time to get it. I ended up coming several days & had similar experiences. I tried to make a plan w/him that I'd come back the next day so that they'd have it ready for me, but that didn't work. I also tried calling ahead to see if the car was available but got voicemail. -I learned my lesson & came at a different time of day, which helped. He told me the car was at nearby service place & gave me the key so I could test drive it from there. This showed trust & that he cared that I'd been trying to test drive it for awhile, which I appreciated. -There was a muffler in the back seat he hadn't warned me about (not a deal breaker) & the tire pressure warning light was on. I didn't want to damage the tires/test drive with low tire pressure. I told him about the light & asked if they could put air in the tires so I could test drive it another day. -When I came back a couple weeks later (I was moving) it was finally parked at the dealership (yay!). But it still had the warning light on. I checked w/him & he said a TPMS sensor was malfunctioning & it should be fine. I test drove it (all seemed fine). -We agreed I'd make an appt. to get a pre-sale inspection at a Prius mechanic to ensure the car & hybrid battery were good. The only place I could find online was far away (Middlebury) but when I called & told him he suggested Heritage Toyota which worked well. -I called & left a VM telling him when the appt. was, as he'd asked. A week later when I came to get the car he hadn't heard the VM. He was fine with me taking the car so it worked out. -The presale inspection found it had significant rust on the rocker panels. They said it would cost $3-4000 to fix them & it wouldn't pass state inspection otherwise. I was surprised, disappointed, frustrated & spent $100+ to find this out. I'm not super experienced with cars & hadn't known to look for rust there. As EarthyCars does state inspections in their service department it appeared they hadn't done a thorough inspection b4 selling. -I showed Adam the report and he seemed surprised. He was nice but didn't apologize for them not catching the issue. Part of what I learned w/all this was the degree to which they were understaffed & not able to provide the amount of customer service (or even time to properly inspect cars they're selling) that would be helpful for customers. I just checked & this car is still listed for sale(!) on their website as I post this! It's been over 2 wks since I showed him the inspection report (which he snapped a picture of)! I was going to leave 2 stars b/c of my prev. pos. experience but now switching to 1 star. It is not okay to sell a bum car like that. If they wanted to sell it now, they should steeply discount it & disclose the work

I absolutely love EarthyCars, I come here all of the time whenever I need anything for my vehicles from inspections to maintenance. I trust the team here and am glad to always offer my business. You can (and probably should) always call up and let them know what you need/want and schedule an appointment but they are also very accommodating to walk-ins within their ability, of course.

We dealt with Adam, and he was super friendly, laid-back (in a good way), and easy to work with. We drove away with a 2015 Prius. We had a great experience! Good prices, great selection, stress-free experience.

Tried getting a car in my price range, they kept messing me around the price went up two thousand every time I went to ask if I was approved for a car on and on. So 1star ratting. And brought my car in for inspiration and failed because I wouldn't buy a car from him. Just saying Adam car passed at other shop
