They never return phone calls. They will ALWAYS say, "Let me get your number and someone will call you back." Don't hold your breath for anyone to call. They are very unhelpful and their service frankly sucks. Anything they have fixed in our home was broken again 3-6 weeks later.

Nancy was the nicest, most helpful appliance repair person I've ever talked to on the phone. She eventually even directed me to a way I could get my part for free on warranty. Thank you!

I work retail and with customers all day in a tech company and know what happened to me today is extremely inappropriate. Baised your website you do repairs on electronics so I went to your store with a small item that needed some soder fixed maybe more. As soon as I walked in the representative blurts out "we don't work on speakers!" I said, "ok, it's not a speaker it's my nephew's Borg Cube mini fridge that got messed up from someone else trying to repair it." She told me that they don't work on anything in house anymore and all techs are always out. She dismissed me, treated me like she was disgusted to see me and wanted me out of the place right away. All she said was sorry you have to contact the manufacturer and when I said you can't anymore and if she had any places she would suggest she just said "well sorry" turned her back to me and walked away. I'm now hunting down your competition to try and get this fixed for my nephew and sadly feeling the need to give a poor review. For a place that's supposed to be a electronics hospital your bed side manner is dehumanizing.

I cannot say enough good things about the Electronic Hospital. Helped me with a TV repair problem. Excellent customer service, communication and timeliness. I hope I never need them again, but if I do, it was worth the 60 mile drive. Nancy is the best. Thanks.Service: TV repair

Disappointing- Admittedly there was a lack of communication between the vendor and the people at the Electronics Hospital. They were timely in their response time but frankly, the owner was "short" and seemed unwilling to support me as I looked to efficiently problem solve. The vendor (Amana) generated an appointment, confirmed that my product was under warranty, and provided a service appointment. The EH then told me that the product might not be under warranty (it was scratch and dent but the label clearly stated it was) and that I needed to provide additional documentation. I'm not sure who is to fault but having the people at the EH tell me that I needed to take up the issue with Amana was disappointing. The contract is between the Vendor and EH- that they were not willing to facilitate this and put this back on the customer (after already spending a couple hours of my time) seems backwards. EH cancelled the service call which means that I will now need to reach back out to the vendor. I can't provide a recommendation for EH.

Was very pleased with Electronic Hospital. Our fridge stopped working on Saturday, we called first thing Monday and Tom successfully diagnosed the problem over the phone, ordered a part and came the very next day to get everything working again. Would recommend!Service: Refrigerator repair

In response to comment below: If I am outside your service area, why did you call me in the first place? Also, I "tampered with" my dryer only after over a month had gone by and no one had called back, even after repeated calls to warranty servicing company (Costco/Whirlpool, not you). The thought was, if I can replace the two common failed parts, then I could save everyone a lot of time. Unit was under warranty, but I bought parts and replaced. This replacement took about 15 minutes. It's a little more difficult than changing your windshield wipers, but not much! Obviously, I had no idea this would void my warranty, or I would have continued to wait and hope someone would call me back. But, YOU knew this, and even tho you refused to come to my house (because Whirlpool doesn't pay you enough, according to you), you still told them I tried to fix it. "For liability reasons alone, not to mention he's not in our service area, we refused the service call." No you refused it because you weren't going to get paid enough. When I told you what I had tried, you responded, 'oh that's what we would have done.' I only mentioned what I replaced to try to help you resolve the problem. It was a jerk move on your part. And honestly, the fact that trying to fix your own appliance voids your warranty should be illegal.*If anyone is still reading this, buy your appliances from a local place that services their own sales. You may pay a little more upfront, but considering how poorly made today's appliances are, it will pay off in the long run.*

Called with problems on my new Maytag washer. Customer service agent was polite and promptly scheduled the service appointment. A couple of days later, Russ arrived and quickly ran a test, assessed the issue and replaced a part underneath the washer. This is the way appliance service should be and these folks obviously remember the good ol days. I would definitely recommend Electronics Hospital if you need appliance repair.Service: Washing machine repair

Excellent service. Prompt response. I was so impressed that the service man removed his shoes at the door! He did a great job servicing my oven, was very quick, and reasonable with price. He even fixed a busted drawer without me asking him to! I will be using this company again in the future. Highly recommended!Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

Took my TV In For repair..the gentleman looked at it said nothing is wrong with your TV. He did a Couple of things and said all set. No charge. I couldn’t believe people like him still existed. I would take any of my appliances there in a heart beat.

Lowes should find a new business to do their appliance repairs. 3 visits to our home to fix the malfunctioning refrigerator and it is now worse than before. Today was the 4th call and they refused to accept the service work order, saying that it is functioning "normally" and it is essentially :just a low quality appliance". A quart of milk that freezes into a solid block of ice one day and then defrosts the next day and then repeats the cycle is NOT a normally functioning refrigerator. The freezer thaws and freezes and thaws and freezes. It ruins our food. The freezer is no more than 1/3 full, nor is the fridge section. The woman who answers the phone and the technician who then took over the phone call were basically insulting. Go elsewhere!
