“Supply houses in my experience can be the hardest part of the job because of poor customer service. These guys really impressed me, super helpful over the phone, acknowledged me as soon as I can came in, and quite speedy in getting material. I called for some cuts of wire and and other miscellaneous stuff, I was down the road 5 minutes when I called and when I got there I was out the door within 10. “I went to Creative Sound for help with my Chrysler 300S audio setup. They spent 35 minutes troubleshooting my amps, showing me how to fix blown fuses and explaining how a fuse tap works after I’d accidentally blown mine. They were incredibly helpful and had a great, genuine conversation with me while we worked. Sadly, one of my amps was a total loss after being left outside by my ex, so rest in peace to that one.
Just a heads-up: they provide expert professional guidance, but you need to be ready to do your own installation work. They aren't a parts store for cheap repairs; they are experts who deserve to be respected for their time and knowledge. I really appreciated their help, and their pricing for that level of expertise is more than fair. I'm already planning my next audio upgrades and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!”
