“I brought my brand new Mustang( special edition) because the sound wasn’t very good. One of the people at CS came out and sat in my car listened and made adjustments. He told me to not do anything to the system because the factory system just needed some adjustments. They didn’t up sale me or try to get me to pay. They are customer service oriented business.
