If you get your nails done here, do not go to the older woman who wears pink glasses. She burned my fingers multiple times with the tools and would laugh. She was very rough and I felt tense everywhere she picked up the drill. The nails look okay, but the pain was not worth it

I made an appointment for both a mani and pedi, and requested a deep almond french tip- something i’ve gotten done at different salons on my nails for years now with no issues. Upon getting the pedi done, Jimmy my nail artist told me he would be able to do this however he proceeded to give me a classic french, telling me my nails were not wide enough for a deep french. I know this is false because I’ve gotten deep french done many times before with no issues. He said what I wanted wasn’t hard but what was hard was “satisfying me” as if I was asking for something complex however he was unable to do a simple deep french nail. Despite him being lazy and not taking the extra step that I was paying for, I told him if he couldn’t do it then it was fine and to proceed with what he was capable of. Despite my toes being completely different than what I had asked for, which is truly so simple to do and requires hardly any extra skill, Jimmy informed me he wouldn’t be doing my nails today because “he couldn’t satisfy me.” Jimmy threatened to cancel my appointment on me while I was there in front of other customers. This was an appointment that I had made the week prior and was leaving the next day for vacation and wouldn’t be able to get in anywhere else in time. He went back and forth for 20 minutes and made me feel entirely unwelcome for simply requesting a deep french rather than a classic which he said he’d be able to do. He was extremely rude the entire time, belittled me, and said it was all my fault. He was aggressive the rest of the time and had no patience to do my nails to match my toes which I had requested for a matching set and paid for. The colors were not even the same on my toes and nails. I have since gone to a new nail salon that is able to do a deep french tip and does not blame their inability on your nail shape. Further more Glamour Nails will refuse to fix any broken nails and tell you they don’t have the products for it even tho they do. They are lazy and will blame the customer for their faults. If I had known this, I never would have gone in the first place since I had a broken toe nail they refused to fix and proceeded to paint on top of.

I have been super torn about this place but my last visit sealed the deal. The young lady who did my nails acted like I was begging her to do them. I did not feel welcomed or taken care of. She grabbed my hands and yanked my arm around like I was a rag doll. Didn’t ask me questions like what shape I wanted or how short. She cut my right thumb nail so short that it’s uncomfortable to type then cut the cuticle back so far that it bled. I requested cat eye (the one with the magnet) and showed her the halo design and she quickly said “we don’t do that” and proceeded to make an ugly straight line through the nail. She asked if I liked it and I said no and she seemed offended. Kind of strange as she was so rude to me the entire time? At the end she slapped some lotion on my hand and I thanked her. Never again.

Female owner was rude. She also charged me $20 just for nail removal - I’ve never paid any more than $15. Avoid this place and take your business elsewhere.

I loved my nails for the most part, but they did leave some of the old red polish smudged on my nails. The other people manicurists there seemed really friendly, but Binh was not very nice. She kept looking at her phone, and not just when there was a break. She stopped painting at one point to scroll through texts. And when I asked for an extra coat she rolled her eyes. I’ll definitely go back because the price is good and they did a good job, but I’ll ask for a different manicurist.

Me and my mom want there and we booked an appointment and then said we did have one and they didn’t do anything for us they just said no they did not say do you want to do a different time or anything they just said no If I could I would give this place 0 stars

Literally came in at 5:20pm. They close at 7pm. They told me to choose a color off the wall when you first walk in. They are not gel and are all old and almost empty. Not many options. Asked for a pedicure and full set. Was told after he started when I wasn’t spoken to at all by him and he just started. I asked him to do the pedicure that I wanted the tangerine pedicure since I wasn’t given any options when I sat down nor was I given options for any other nail colors when I clearly see the gel behind the ladies doing hands. Well he tells me he doesn’t have time to do the tangerine pedicure I asked for and will only do the basic pedicure. Instead of what I literally came here for because I saw the service online. Id like to walk out on this place at this point . Why am I paying for a basic service when I came in for a full pedicure. And then I asked if the water could be made hotter and he said no it doesn’t work this late so my feet are absolutely freezing the entire pedicure. This is honestly ridiculous. And he even asked me do you want your calluses removed…… do you see them? What am I getting right now where I asked for the deluxe? OBVIOUSLY I came to make my feet look perfect. But if you refuse to do your job how I ask and am a paying customer who wanted to give you a great tip…. Well buddy, sorry but you don’t get amazing tips when you refuse to do what the customer asks for 🤦🏻♀️🙄
I wanted acrylic put on my big toenails as well. But it seemed like no point in asking since he wouldn’t even do the pedicure I asked for.
What a waist of money and time. Should have told me they wouldn’t do the service I wanted before I took my shoes off and sat down.
HANDS DOWN WORST NAIL SERVICE IVE EVER RECEIVED!!
Didn’t even let them do my fingers at this point. You obviously don’t have time to do my service

Glamour nails is one of the most exceptional nail salons I have ever been to. It is very clean, you always get taken care of right at your appointment time, and the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Vivian did my Grandmother’a and I’s nails for year and she was always so accommodating of her being on oxygen and needing to plug it in as well as incredibly gentle with sensitive skin. I simply love this place!

I have been coming to this nail salon for quite some time now and it is the best I have been to. I typically see the same person now, but anyone at the salon that has ever done my nails is kind, patient, and extremely detail oriented. They definitely take their time to make sure you have the best nails.

I was able to book an online appt same day which was awesome and then Rum did amazing work on my holiday gel manicure. She was so patient with my request for multiple colors and was super thorough and detail oriented. This was my first time here and I will definitely come back!

I have gone here for months, and every time they do an awesome job. Hanson did my gel manicure today, and he is so thorough, and takes his time to make sure it looks perfect. I always love coming here. Their prices are also very reasonable!
