This note is to commend Ian Bender for his excellent customer support. I had inadvertently misplaced/lost my mounting hardware and pull toggles for two brand new shades. After contacting GMV customer support I was in the good hands of Ian. He cheerfully identified the appropriate parts and got them shipped to me very quickly. With these latest two shades installed and I now have a total of eight great Green Mountain Shades installed. Thank you Ian...for representing your company so well.

We have ordered more than a dozen shades from Green Mountain Vista and all have been sized correctly and have lasted for years. Last month the spring pulley system of one of them broke down. I called customer support and within days we had our new shade installed and working fine.
But, I had had trouble in talking on the phone remembering whether our color was called brilliant white or off white. When the replacement was up I realized that I had confused the color names. So I called Green Mountain Vista back and they didn’t hesitate to send me the right color.
They are polite, helpful, trusting and we will continue to order our shades from them.

I experienced excellent customer service at Green Mountain Vista and some very good advising from Ian. The roller shades are gorgeous, I wish I had done my whole house in them. I would go back there anytime and in fact, I did just return to purchase more weaved roller blinds. I highly recommend Green Mountain Vista for window treatment needs.

Great quality product and excellent customer service. I recently needed to replace some hardware on a discontinued blind and Ian went out of his way to order replacement hardware from the factory in China. Very pleased with the experience.

We have purchased 3 different products from Green Mountain Vista and have been extremely satisfied. We bought roller shades a few years ago and they have held up exceptionally well in our kids bedrooms. We have since purchased them for a number of other windows. We have also purchased cordless roman shades for our office that look great and fit the windows perfectly. I ordered the wrong size at first and they were very accomodating about replacements. Price point is excellent for all of their products. Very pleased

Excellent service and product availability.Installing instructions were clear and easy to follow. I purchased for 16 windows and each window took approximately 5 minutes to install.

We bought ours from Curtain Shop in South Portland, Maine. We’ve pu them in nearly every room. Early versions had some hiccups. No problems with them for years. Occasionally rough handling makes a “spine” come out of its little pocket. Easy peazy to fix.We love them!

Called Green Mountain 3 times and left email with no return response regarding a warranty on a Roman shade. I would not do business with this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.
