1 of 8 small washers work, and it's been this way for months.
The change machine for a spell only gave half the money it was supposed to. We contacted the business; they asked for our address so they could send us a check. We've never been paid.

This place is TERRIBLE. While the location is quiet and there's hardly ever more than one or two people here, there is always something wrong here: either the change machine or many machines are out of order. The dryers don't get your clothes dry after a half hour compared to other laundromats. Also the dryers smell slightly of gas, which when I researched it, means the vents need cleaning. This basically means that your clothes smell bad after drying them. Oh, there are cigarette butts all over the floor and the machines themselves are covered in sticky soap around where you put your detergent. I really wonder how often the owners check on their multiple establishments. The Greers on Shelburne Rd is no better. People who don't have the luxury of a laundry in their building shouldn't be punished for it as if they don't deserve a clean and efficient environment.

I have never reviewed anything before other than to say positive things, but this place warrants a 1 star review.The place is always filthy, the floors are gross, washers are frequently broken, and on top of it all, the cost of a medium wash is $6! I wish the owners took more pride in offering a nice, affordable place for people to do laundry. Unfortunately it’s one of the only options in the area, but that shouldn’t warrant lowering standards on quality business.

This place is gross, they never fix the machines. And you dont get your money back if lose it in the money changer (they dont return phone messages) and the bathroom not accessible anymore. Parking is terrible

Older machines and not very clean. Half the washers are out of order and the soap dispensers are cooped up with soap and softener. We lost 4 quarters in a washer that just ate the money. Spent about $25 for three loads to wash and dry.

Did not realize how expensive it would be for a wash cycle ($7.50!) when I realized I didn’t have enough quarters the machine would not dispense them back. Also many of the washers (that I’m now realizing were less expensive) were marked out of order. Won’t be coming back

This place is absolutely disgusting all the washers have a mold/nasty film all around the seals that is getting into your clothes! Will never come back

10 of 22 washing machines have been broken for weeks, both coin machines broken. Detergent dispenser broken. Filthy. No bathroom. I have tried the Milton location a couple of times in the hope that I caught them on a bad day. Never again!

I put $20 in to the quarter machine and it only gave me $13 back. The number that is listed on the wall inside is not reachable. The numbers that I have called for the other businesses that they have in the surrounding location and left a couple of voicemails, nobody’s responded to.
