My prescription is never ready when they say it will be. Even when I receive a call that it will be filled in a certain day and show up the day after, it is never filled. Always get the same excuse , it's on back order. Stick to CVS

Two weeks apart I went shopping and complained the first time about the staff not all wearing masks, and no change the 2nd time. We're done shopping with you. You obviously care more about what administration says than our safety. Masks should be mandatory for grocery store staff, not "optional" I do not like to see stocking clerks in the produce section handling bare vegetables without protection. How do I know they are safe? I've been shopping at Hannaford's since they were Martin's, and was happy to see changes for vegans and vegetarians, and organic foods, but this has soured that completely for me. It was very disappointing to see you take this stand. Meanwhile the other supermarkets are wearing masks, so I guess I will just go there from now on.

I do 95 percent of my food shopping here and I have no complaints. They have everything I need. However, today some genius employees had stacked the shopping baskets so high no one under six feet tall could access them. I give them the Darwin Award for this.
