“My partner and I are in the area on vacation when my phone (which actually uses the T-Mobile network through another vendor, but not T-Mobile directly) decided I had no service. After trying the things I could think of, I stopped by here to ask for help to open my sim compartment. (Thanks Johnathan!) When that didn't help, another great young man, Fred, at the store tried to help us figure out the issue (it was a mystery because there didn't seem to be a reason for the issue). When he couldn't figure it out, he took the EXTRA extra mile and downloaded the map of the area will be in the next few days and our route home. We're super grateful that we found someone that helpful and thoughtful.

“I've been a customer for a long time and I have had nothing but excellent customer service! I recently needed to get new service at my apartment for my job (the neighbors WiFi was no longer sufficient). The woman I spoke with on the phone, (I wish I'd written down her name!) was kind, professional, friendly and happy and answered all my questions very quickly and articulately. (I have never had a phone experience with GMAVT that was in any way contrary to this!) Jason arrived within an hour to set up service. He was also knowledgeable, professional, pleasant, he worked very quickly and efficiently, made sure I was happy with his work as he was doing it and was so tidy while in my home! GMAVTs cost is less than Comcast's and much more transparent (we've had both) but I'd even pay more if I had to. They are more than worth it!!!”
