It's a 10k square foot warehouse gym with tons of equipment; if you're looking for a superiorly equipped gym with a friendly fellowship type of atmosphere this is the one. People are supportive, encouraging, and also know how to leave you be if that's what you prefer.

Huge gym with a TON of equipment and squat racks, enjoy coming to this gym when I’m visiting family in VT, they do day pass for $15 or week pass for only $30ish.

Was visiting Vermont in July with my friend and popped in here for a day pass. Was super happy to see calibrated plates and ohio power bars. Jazz, at the front was super kind and welcoming. Great vibe in here and tons of different machines to pick from. Great for a powerlifter like myself!
