Lift VT is a large, 10,000-square-foot warehouse gym offering a wide range of equipment, including squat racks, calibrated plates, and Ohio power bars. It provides a friendly, supportive, and encouraging atmosphere, making members feel welcome and comfortable. The gym features a spacious layout with a turf area perfect for various workouts. Visitors appreciate the variety of machines and the helpful staff, who are kind and welcoming. Day passes are available for around $15, and weekly passes cost about $30. While most equipment is in good condition, some machines could benefit from updates or repairs.

Great gym with a huge variety of equipment for all types of training. Everything is well-maintained, and the community is welcoming and supportive. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is motivating, and it’s a great place for both beginners and experienced lifters. Highly recommend!

Best gym I’ve been to in VT (or anywhere else). Has everything you could possibly want/need in terms of equipment, as well as a great vibe and community. Jaz (owner/trainer) has done a tremendous job building an A+ culture here. Thanks!
