All I can say is amazing! My cat ate part of a blanket and may have a blockage. Showed up at the vet with no appointment. The receptionist was extremely kind and understanding. They got us right in. Did X-rays. Came up with a care plan and really explained all of our options and were very upfront about all costs involved. The vet was extremely knowledgeable and caring. Would highly recommend them to anyone with a pet. Thank you all so much!

The front desk staff are very helpful and welcoming. Dr. Minken is the vet that I have been bringing my dog to and she is an excellent listener. She is easy to talk to and she takes seriously the things I have to say about my dog’s issues. I’m really grateful for that.

Our pets love going to Long Trail. The vets and the techs are so kind and caring. The office staff is very friendly to the pet parents. We’ve been visiting LongTrail for nearly 10 years, through changes in management and ownership. We moved to a different county and still bring our pets to their location.

Very caring and friendly staff. Always a pleasure to work with. Even after I moved to Colchester I kept going here as they are so great, and clearly care so much for the animals they treat!

The staff is caring and considerate of animals during their visit. For routine check ups they try to make things as quick and smooth as possible for my cats who find trips to the vet very stressful. I appreciate their compassion for my pets.

My dog and I had a “great” experience at Long Trail Vet; from the time of check in with the receptionist , to seeing our Vet and her assistant! Plenty of treats to help distract my dog!! Also, good got advice on his oral hygiene and weight management !

The staff at Long Trail are very friendly and genuinely care about my dog. I had general concerns about my dog's joint pain as she ages and they gave excellent information and solutions. They were also very gentle when it came time for vaccinations and bloodwork! My dog is terrified of the vet but Long Trail does everything possible to make sure it's as gentle of an experience as possible. Thank you!

I am so happy we chose to become clients of Long Trail Vet Center. I feel like all the staff really cares about the well being of our pets, as well as us as clients. They are welcoming and kind, they also answer any questions I have. Looking forward to having all our pets cared for here for the foreseeable future.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The vet was able to answer all of our questions for our new puppy, and even offered to trim his nails. We easily lined up our next appointment with a time and day that is convenient for his next shots. We don’t live that far away so this place is much more convenient than our old vet center.
