The Northeast Fiber Arts Center is a lovely little shop and a hidden gem for all yarn and fiber lovers. It is a wonderful place for all fiber needs with an amazing, huge, and very well-stocked selection. The store offers a large selection of quality yarns, including different fibers, weights, multiple price points, local yarn, and brands like Noro. Prices are good, standard, and very reasonable. Beyond yarn, the shop has lots of books, patterns, kits, notions, and a lot for felting lovers. They also offer classes. The staff is incredibly helpful, patient, and wonderful, offering guidance without harassment or extreme up-selling. Visitors are happily helped to find the perfect patterns and materials, with questions answered. The store has a great location with a parking lot. It is a must-stop that will not disappoint, whether one lives in the area or is just passing through. Customers should be prepared to walk out with a large bag full of items.

They are so helpful! I was able to get great suggestions one what kind of fiber would be good to start learning how to spin my own yarn! They had such a great variety of items - I was able to fill some of the gaps in my yarn stash too! Great colors!
