I wanted to shop here but I was unable to, They didn't have a bathroom so I had to leave and no way I was coming back in Williston so I'll just buy online if I want anything from an Old Navy. This is why so many stores are closing, customer service has lost its way.

Staff were lovely, but the store had an odd vibe. (TBF, it was nearly empty on Easter Sunday.) Also, locked restrooms :(

Had an issue customer service over the telephone could not help with. Staff and the manager were able to resolve our issue with profesionalism and a great attitude! Greatly appreciate the staff here.

Messy, hard to get staff to help because there isn’t enough of them on the floor. Still thankful we have one though. Retail looks different, it’s just business so don’t hold it against the workers..
