I have two young kids and essentially never buy brand new clothes for them because that becomes unaffordable very quickly - we went to Once Upon a Time Child this past weekend and bought a dozen new pieces of clothing, a couple of books and a doll for my daughter for less than eighty dollars.
The selection was wide, the prices reasonable and the staff pleasant. I highly recommend this for any parents who are looking for an affordable way to dress their children.

Service was good and i love the idea of saving and basically recycling. But man that store smelled like dirty laundry. Other then that it was ok.

I was in there his past Friday to exchange clothes I bring in 1 bag at a time and this is the second time where the employees take half my bag an tell me it's because they stink or have stains now I wash ever load before I bring them an I look them over I do not put clothes in there that have holes nor stains an they do not stink according to your employees now I go there for good clothes for good prices for my daughter but I will not be told the clothes I bring back stink and or stained when there not that was rude an offensive and im not happy nor impressed

I LOVE the selection here! The best place to buy like-new baby and kid stuff. Very clean and well-stocked, and the prices are extremely reasonable-bins and bins of bodysuits for a dollar, little pants and tops for $2.50ish each. They also have strollers and baby carriers for a song. An entire row of new with tags items! And the staff is so cheery. Come here if you're expecting. Come here if you need baby shower or kid birthday gifts. Come here if you're back-to-school shopping. This store has everything!

Wouldn’t recommend going to Once Upon A Child unless you want the employees to talk horrible about you, right in front of you. Trashy to say the least. My friend didn’t deserve that.

Very fast service! I brought in 2 bins when they opened full of toys and clothes and I had my buy within an hour. I love the digital check-in process and would highly recommend coming here to buy or sell kids clothes and toys.

Management was a nightmare when I used to work here & judging from the other reviews things haven't changed much. Some things seemed overpriced for second hand, but they usually have a fantastic selection of adorable Halloween costumes for the littles, just wash them a few times first, not everyone washes items before they end up there. They also had a small selection of semi reasonably priced preemee outfits.

If you're looking to sell your old childrens items and have a long travel, don't bother. It wasn't worth the gas or time. Would have been better off donating all of the items in a blue bin.
