Said they would install turn signal bulb. Then refused after walking out to car?! Also left standing in the store without anyone at the counter! Terrible customer service!

If I could give this store more than 5 stars, I 100% would. I’ve never written a review for anything before, but I felt the service I received today warranted one. I went in asking for an engine scan, hoping to get the problem diagnosed. John scanned my engine, found the problem, and helped me find the best parts for my car. Not only that, he was willing to lend me the tools to be able to fix the cylinder right there in the parking lot so I wouldn’t need to drive it home. Everyone working there went above and beyond to help me. I am so grateful to have that shop right here in town.

I can't really give this a rating because I only got to the parking lot when I got the answer I needed. I had turned off my car and it kept running! It sure sounded like it was. I had to have a jump start just before. I happen to see someone walking into the store and I said I can't turn the car off! He said what do you mean? So I showed him and he said oh I think that's the coolant sensor fan. He suggested that I take it somewhere to have it looked at more in depth. But I'd already heard from the AAA but it wasn't the starter or the alternator but the battery had been completely drained. So I had to call the dealership and drive there because I didn't know what else to do. I would go into O'Reilly's Auto parts so they are generally very helpful. Just in case the person reads this to help me thank you so much! The dealer says it's the fuse box.

10/10, A+ service. David was above and beyond helpful to my boyfriend and I. He and another gentleman (didn’t get his name) totally saved the day helping us with our truck battery and we couldn’t be more grateful to them!

I was trying to get back home after a ski trip and suspected my battery was dead. Laura was awesome she tested my battery, alternator, and starter. After finding it was dead, she helped with doing battery replacement. Really helpful and her other team members!

I walked in to return unused windshield wipers I didn’t need. The man at the desk — with fish on his hat — greeted me and asked if I would like for him to put them on my car? Or did I need to return them? Just really pleasant, and at this, they got themselves a return customer.

Stopped in twice, both times assisted by a tall, older man. The definition of helpful and courteous. During 2nd visit he couldn’t find an item in the back, went to look a second time to double check. Spent 10min in total searching until he found it. Other people may have given up and assumed it wasn’t there. Such a helpful person.

Awful! They couldn't find the item they said on the phone that they put on hold for pick up. I was waiting for service for maybe half an hour for a pick up that should have taken less than five minutes. Rude people. Finally they sold me the wrong part. Will return it tomorrow and then never go there again.
