Our golden retrievers have a long history with going to PetSmart groomers in Jacksonville Florida. Never have we had a bad experience or bad grooming appointment in PetSmart. So we are up here in Vermont and take them to this PetSmart in Williston for their grooming expecting it to be top notch just like their appointments in Jacksonville, Florida. 199.00 dollars later and I could have done a better job then them. Nope never again will this PetSmart touch our dogs. I asked for a 1 I want a 1, not just a comb over trim. Such a disappointment in both services for our dogs. Not all PetSmart have the same quality grooming skills obviously. Never again will the Williston Petsmart get our business. Your groomers need proper training. I won’t mention the names of the groomers today cause it isn’t polite to do so. Just know that we are extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with the grooming especially paying 199.00 bucks. Enjoy that $20tip for each dog cause you will never get anymore money from us. PetSmart groomers……so disappointing.

Took my rescue, adopted Siberian Husky here for a bath and brush. I was totally appalled by the behavior of the groomers there. Wouldn’t even pet him or look at my dog. He had a bummed leg so they refused him. How they treated him like a disease left a very bad impression on me. I bathed him myself at Tractor Supply and found a great groomer named Furryland Mobile Grooming. They charge $40 more but treat my dog amazing and show him love. Just stay away from Petsmart for any grooming or actual pet care.

I don't know what the grooming team did to him, but my dog has been acting like he was traumatized ever since we left PetSmart yesterday. Nothing like his usually cheerful self. He did well when Melanie was his groomer, but he saw Anya yesterday and has been acting strangely since then. We will not be returning.

Consistent products and staff just plan ahead for extra time because the registers are always backed up or you’re finding someone to check you out. Decently nice most of the time though!

Pet Smart comes highly recommended because l have found that the employees are not only (1) educated about pets and their diet and care , but they are (2) accessible to the customer!
Every time l enter this store, my questions are answered - to a level that is more than satisfactory . The willingness of employees to find requested products and information is OUTSTANDING.
Thank you, Petco, for going above and beyond in providing so many varieties of products to our community as well as having your employees so caring and educated about our beloved pets.
I highly recommend Petco to people who adore their pets and only want the best for them.

Stingy with crickets. I asked for (and paid for) 20 crickets. They seemed to be counting them one at a time. When I got back, I counted 17, minus one that had been long dead, so 16. PetCo always gives me 5 to 10 extra than what I ask for. If you need crickets, go to PetCo!

Conures are not rats to be kept on the ground in a fish tank- staff is rude- condescending. Poor bird shredded its feathers while being stressed out on bottom tank like a gerbil. I bought this bird at full retail retail price, all shredded up and stressed out not for the cute factor of wanting another pet but seeing an innocent creature on the ground in awful conditions I asked the associate and was told that it was an absolutely suitable place for a conure “just a little too small” - so I bought the bird, a flight cage (so when he grows the wings back they clipped) toys, food, a back pack to come home in to avoid the cardboard box, his name is nacho and he is really looking forward to his first molt. SHAME ON YOU PETSMART.
