“Had an urgent need to have wiring done for trailer hitch. Couldn't get through on phone (central/natl phone #) to schedule, so I drove to the store on a Sunday hoping to arrange in person. The store was not busy, but also understaffed so they were not doing any service jobs that day. But because my need was urgent, manager Greg took pity on me ? and did the job himself while I waited - in less than an hour! Greg was extremely helpful and kind. What great customer service!”

“I had a really good experience at this U-haul even though my reservation was not properly made!! The staff was very helpful and nice. I moved my one bedroom apartment belongings from SC in a 10 ft uhaul truck and made a reservation for one free month of storage at this uhaul. I made a mistake/uhaul didn't properly guide me to change the move in date of my storage unit. I essentially made my reservation to start 7/16 and didn't arrive until 7/20 so my storage reservation was cancelled. The staff was kind, helpful, and understanding. They helped me get a reservation for a u box that will be delivered to my new place when the lease starts. It was an easy change to make and very thoughtfully advised given my needs and the free month of storage with a one way move promotion. Easy to load the u box and return the truck. Thanks to everyone at this location for their help!”

“Bill was very friendly, quick to get me in and out , upfront about the mechanics of operation, starting the truck, being a diesel truck having to wait for engine lite to disappear, air pressure for the brakes to be at 100, before releasing operating the tailgate lift and more importantly that there is still 10ft of truck behind the rear wheels to make wider turns.
