Went to buy a vape. The guy told me it was $18.99. He charged me $28.99. Told me I couldn’t refund it (hadn’t opened it or walked away) then told me there was nothing he could do and that’s the price. I had double checked before purchasing, because that price is ridiculous.

Tell me why I’m sitting here with all the open signs on and lights on but not a single person in the actual store? Guy shows up at 5:15 unlocks the door and re locks it behind him. At least put your closed signs on??? What are the actual hours for this place?
