Old lady with gray hair at the counter needs to retire already, miserable old lady. Thanks to her I closed my account and opened up an account with much friendlier bank tellers. I DO NOT recommend TD bank!

ATM stole $300 of my tips, my primary income. They drag out checking machine, tell me I benefited from forced deposit, when their machine had error come across screen during deposit, then they tell me I'm lying about how much I deposited. I deposit cash all the time after weekends at work, and ATM in Williston branch took $300 from me, never deposited larger bills, branch manager admitted machine does not like larger bills, yet I'm a liar. There was an error and they refused to fix and kept my money. I'm no liar or thief, I want what I earned at my job and I'm absolutely certain I deposited, yet my own bank is stealing money from me.

I visited ATM in Williston VT St George location on 12/7. I work for mostly tips so always deposit cash. I deposited 5 twenty's, 2 fifties and 2 hundred dollar bills for total of $400. An error suddenly appeared on ATM screen, then a screen to type in what I deposited, it had me do a "forced deposit". I thought this would get my tips into my account. I got a receipt and left thinking everything was ok. I go to deposit another $200 in tips 12/9 and see $400 credit but then a $300 debit. I went into branch and spoke to Assistant manager Kate Broggini, she said that machine doesn't like big bills, after I told her what bills I deposited, ATM apparently only deposited the $20 dollar bills. She filed claim and said it may take 10-15 days to be resolved. I checked again 12/17 and spoke to same manager, she stated audit of that machine was done on 12/15 so I should get a resolution shortly. I get a notice in the mail 12/20 saying I tried to benefit from forcing a deposit and there was no error on their part so they won't be giving me my money. So somewhere in the ether, is my much needed, hard earned $300 and neither the bank nor ATM vendor care enough to find it and do the right thing. It's easier to just tell me pound sand cause I'm a liar! That's another slap in the face, insult to injury. I only wanted what I rightfully earned at my job, I was and I am not now trying to gain or benefit in any way shape or form, I just want what's mine and I'm absolutely positively certain I deposited. They haven't checked cameras to see I deposited more than just 5 twenty dollar bills and sat at the drive thru trying to straighten and flatten out the bills so they went into the ATM easier after being in my wallet for days. Yes, In my wallet was that $400 and as of 12/21 only $100 made it into my account. I cannot accept this, or afford this and I'm no liar or slimy scammer trying to get over or gain a dime, I'm a hard working father of 5 and I have never seen anything like this, my own bank, TD Bank Williston on St George rd, stole my money and refuses to accept their mistake. This is a real huge blow to my monthly and holiday budget, and I don't work as much as I do for a bank to take my money then tell me I'm lying about it.

The Williston branch appears to have made some recent changes for the better; kudos to the bank manager who is striving to provide excellent customer service during difficult times and staff shortages.

You close Richmond’s branch which was personal and helpful and force everyone to Williston with locked doors. Your only option is to talk to the vacuum in a long line of cars with narrow lanes not suited for trucks. Super frustrating and is everything banking shouldn’t be. Lady on the phone was rude and clearly frustrated with something. Last time I tried their card machine wasn’t working and they told me to go to South Burlington because they were friendlier. They absolutely were.

First they close the Richmond bank and inconvenience me into going here but the lines are ridiculous and would it seriously kill them to put in a walk up ATM just to speed things up?

TD Bank closes the branch in Richmond and forces it's members to travel to Williston. You travel to Williston, and now the doors are locked shut. Do you realize that NEFCU and other banks have their lobbies open (hell, Richmond TD Bank was open)? You're only option is to sit in a long line and do your impersonal banking from the car. It's a total joke, and banking at it's worst!!

No ATM service at locations in Williston, Milton, Essex Junction or Winooski. With all the useless emails I get from these people it might have been nice to know if ATM 's were going to be out of service. Makes me wonder is the $12.00 service charges peer account are really worth it!

It used to be one of my favorite banks, now it’s the worst. Unhelpful staff, did not fix the issue I had with their system. Also, worst bank to deal with during a pandemic, nonetheless they cut their most crucial hours for regular essential employees (either early in the morning 8am or late at 4:30pm) but also they made sure to be as least helpful as possible. Why cutting their hours especially since the tellers are yards away from the customers and talking through cameras?!?! Do the opposite and extend the hours to help people reach their financial goals and needs! They are ridiculous!
