Going on vacation with your kiddo's and Dime Piece wife? Traveling to your destination in a mid size SUV, with a partner that may or may not have an over packing obsession? Well, with the Rack Warehouse, problem solved. We purchased a Malone HitchKing2 MPG905 Deluxe Hitch Cargo Basket and vacation was saved. With this hitch we were able to bring half the house without breaking a sweat. Customer Service(?)...The Rack Warehouse has one of the most knowledgeable, courteous, (and to top it off) FRIENDLIEST staffs in the game. I highly recommend you go there and be greeted by one of the best racks in town, period. You will not be disappointed and after my experience working with them, they will provide you with the custom rack you need at a price that leaves you desiring more. 100%.

I recently purchased kayak racks for my car at the Rack Warehouse in So. Burlington which was recommended to me. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience! Jarret, was patient, answered all of my numerous questions, and was happy to explain why some racks/carriers would or would not work for my situation.
When I returned for the installation, again Jarrret was great. I got in at my appointed time and the job was done within the time he quoted. Jarret also made sure that I would kow how to use the racks as well as how to take them off for the winter. A few days later, I had an issue with rubber piece on the rack and wanted it looked at. I was able to go there the next day and have the problem resolved. I highly recomend Rack Warehouse! Now, I just need the endless rains to stop so I can enjoy the first paddle of the year - thanks in advance!

Ordered a Rhino Rack crossbar package (base, legs, and bars) for our 2019 Mazda CX-5. The package was on sale from several different retailers, but Rack Warehouse was the only one offering free shipping. A week after I placed the order it still hadn't shipped. I emailed Rack Warehouse customer service for a status update and received an exceptionally prompt and helpful response. My items were shipping direct from the manufacturer as they are closer to my location, there was a slight delay due to the high order volume during the sale, and my order should ship within a few days. Sure enough it did. Once I received the order from Rhino Rack I found that they had not sent the legs. I emailed Rack Warehouse customer service, and again I received a prompt and helpful response. The legs were omitted in error, but they would ship a set to me immediately. They shipped that day. Though obviously not as smooth a process as I'd have liked, Rack Warehouse customer service handled all of my concerns and issues quickly and effectively. Highly recommend.

I bought a Thule bike rack from hem in 2022. What a great experience! Extremely helpful in every way. Unfortunately, this year (2025), I needed some replacement parts. I called them, and even though they really don’t carry spare parts because of how many different racks they sell, Nick the person I talked to, was still very helpful in getting me in touch with Thule directly. Not only was I able to get the parts, but they covered it under warranty, which I never expected. Hats off to Rick’ and to Thule. Made my day……

All was good, until it wasn't.
The Rack Warehouse sold me a Kuat snowboard rack over Thule crossbars. On my second use, the Kuat rack malfunctioned; one of the side hinges busted. Four snowboards went rolling down the highway and were destroyed. Luckily no one was hurt.
Rack Warehouse was very polite in telling me that there is nothing they can do. They stand by their products, they said, but they will not refund my purchase or compensate for my damaged equipment. Rather, they sent me to the manufacturer.
They said there is nothing they could do. But as a local business, there is always something they could do. It's their choice to not correct the situation. We are just lucky no one got hurt or this story would be very different.
Buyer beware. As long as what you buy holds up, I'm sure all is good. But if you need Rack Warehouse to stand behind the products they sell, don't count on it.

Please don’t even bother purchasing anything from this shady company! They’ll screw you over. I bought a pair of cross bars, after installing I didn’t like the look, and they made it so difficult to return the product by deducting money out of my return, charging me 40$ for a return label, in charge paying for the packaging and shipping. They’ll nickel dime you for anything so you just give up and don’t return their products. Just save yourself the money. Number 1 rack speciality my you know what

I have had such an amazing experience with this compaby I had to leave a review. I ordered bike racks that were back orderered. Instead of sending me an email & making me waiting wait they called & provided other options. Delivery was fast & when I called with questions I got all the help I needed even though it said they were closed online. Highly recommend this company & will use them going forward!

I needed a Yakima roof rack for my new VW ID4 for a very last minute trip. The product knowledge of the staff, and the overall customer service and the communication was top notch. They knew exactly what would work and explained the two options clearly. I placed the order, while knowing that one part was out of stock and wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. (The part wasn't in stock everywhere, including at Yakima.) Somehow the Rack Warehouse guys pulled off some magic and a part was found and arrived in 2 days, in plenty of time for my trip. I love this place!

In May I purchased a rack for my car. I have never used this company before and it seemed really credible. After I purchased the rack, I waited for multiple weeks before calling about the status of my package. When I called, I was welcomed with good service and also really good advice moving forward. I was told on the phone that my rack would be sent the following day. Fast forward a month, I called again because the status of my package had not been updated since I had last spoken to them on the phone. I spoke to the manager, and he was really nice. However, he basically left me hanging for the rest of the day after he said he would call back, and then did not. So I called them again, and got a nice woman on the phone who followed up on it for me. I was then notified that it was likely lost in the mail, but I wouldn't have any updated information until the next day. When they got in touch with me, I was told they would be sending out the new rack the following Monday. It was Wednesday at this point. While on the phone I was considering purchasing the cradle for my kayak. However, the guy I was speaking to on the phone tried to sell me the MOST expensive cradle possible, and when I complained about the price, he did not try to sell me a cheaper product. Instead, I got on the website and saw multiple cheaper options that would work well for what I was wanting. I found this incredibly frustrating because I had already jumped through so many hoops just getting my rack in the first place. There was no incentive for me to go through with this next purchase. I had been going out of my way to be understanding of the situation, and I found this to be disappointing to say the least. My last contact with the company, I was told that instead of taking the multiple days they had to pack my package to make sure it was ready Monday, it was put off until Monday NIGHT and then sent the next day. I seriously cannot believe what I've had to go through with this company. They knew on Wednesday the week prior, that my package was priority considering it was already late by more than a month! But instead, my package was put on the back burner and now I have to wait even longer to receive my rack and without the cradle because of their lack of incentive.
My biggest gripe about this situation is my understanding was taken advantage of. And instead of them being receptive to my effort to be cool about the situation, I was met with niceness to my face and no actual effort behind the scenes. That's not to mention the fact I spoke with most of their team throughout this time.

From calling to figure out all the parts I needed for my car, to answering questions about what rooftop carrier would fit my car and the rack I was purchasing from Rack Warehouse, everyone I dealt with was highly knowledgeable and very nice. I have never owned a roof rack before and I was able to get it assembled and installed with their phone assistance. They advertise that they always answer the phone and I can tell you that they do. Dealing with the folks at Rack Warehouse made everything, easy! There is so little good customer service left these days, Rack Warehouse is bucking that trend and providing over and beyond customer service! And their prices are good too. Thanks Rack Warehouse!

There is a reason Rack Warehouse has earned exceptional reviews; they provide outstanding customer service/communication, and great products at a great price. I ordered two (2) Yakima "FrontLoader" racks for my mountain bikes. The racks arrived at my home in South Carolina exactly as described & so fast I thought Rack Warehouse was based across the street (vs their actual location in VT). I offer a wholehearted 5-star thumbs up recommendation to this great business. Thanks Rack Warehouse!
