Customer service that was so rude it almost made me laugh. It also seems like they are overbooking and overworking their employees. Got there at closing time to pick up my car, got told they hadn’t touched it yet, and then got told that they sometimes work for 3 hours or more after closing. If you don’t have time for another booking, say no!

Why take my 1 PM appointment and make me wait until 3:18 PM while my car still isn’t even taken inside? Terrible place, they act like their time is more valuable than anyone else’s. Would not recommend.

I’ve bought three sets of tires from the Williston shop, and every time it’s been a good experience. Best price, they are friendly, and best of all, when I’ve needed flat repair or help when traveling in New England, I’ve been able to stop into one of their other stores…and the staff have always been kind and accommodating.

Terrible service at Berlin shop. They've lost lug nuts on my vehicles multiple years in a row which leads me to believe they're not paying attention to other more important details related to tires/safety. The first time I thought it was a fluke, but apparently it's regular practice.
On top of that they said if I went to the dealership and bought a lug nut they'd reimburse me. In other words, if you spend 900 dollars at Town Fair Tire they'll send you on an errand.
I'd rather eat the cost of the lug nut and just go somewhere else to replace my summer tires next year.

They were very fast with the service. I got my snow tires and an alignment done in less than half the time they told me it would take. I would recommend going there.

I was recently driving through the area from NJ hauling a horse trailer when one of my trailer tires went flat. I pulled into Town Fair Tire about an hour before they closed for the day. The employees working there were so helpful and they were able to diagnose and repair my tire promptly so I could make the trip back home to NJ without any issues. One of the team members Austin was so kind and helpful from start to finish. Before I made the trip back home, they even made sure all of my trailer tires were filled with the proper amount of air. I am so grateful I made it back home safely thanks to these guys!

We had a GREAT experience at town fair tire in Williston VT! The guys that work there are so knowledgeable and accommodating, we will definitely be back for all of our tire needs! Those poor guys are so incredibly busy every time I go in there, I’m not sure they even go home to sleep at night. The employees attitudes are just amazing and I promise customers do not always treat them right! Thank you for the great job and professionalism 10’s across the board!

We will never go back to Town Fair again. I had an appointment for a tire changeover at 12:30 and when the appointment was made we were told it would take about an hour and a half. I had to be out of there by 2:30 to pick up my children from school so I had a two hour window. When I mentioned this, I was berated and told that I was the only person that had an issue with the time. I was also told that I should have scheduled the appointment earlier, even though the appointment was scheduled in October (weeks ago). I asked why I was told the appointment would take less than two hours they said the call center doesn't know how busy each individual store is. I also asked to speak with a manager and was told he wasn't in. I asked for the manager's name. I was told it is Tim, but they don't give out last names. In all my years and experience going in for tire changes I have never been treated this way or spoken to in such a tone. I honestly walked out of there on the verge of tears because of the way I was spoken to- I also didn't appreciate the banter between employees about the situation and being told next year I should schedule sooner.
