“June 2023I've had to call Casella 4 times to get my trash picked up and my trash is still at the curb. There is no explanation for why they missed the pickup and no follow up from the call center agents. I'm a forgiving and understanding person but after having to call them 4 times, I have now lost my patience and understanding. It would have gone a long way had they apologized and showed up when they said they were going to show up.July 2023I'm editing my original poor review because Carolyn called me and frankly explained the challenges that the business is having. I do so appreciate her being forthright with me and for apologizing. I'm confident that they will address these issues in the future!Service: Trash removal & disposal”
