Overall I thought this place was great while in use. However, when it came time to end, I was met with a very unfortunate situation.
On the contract, there is no clear information for how to end your time using the locker. I was told to just leave it unlocked and we’d be all set. On the day my contract ended, I called multiple times to confirm I was done, and with no answer I left the place unlocked with the keys. Later that month I was charged for another month and did not get my security deposit back. I called back and they said it was a miscommunication and would refund me, but that never happened. They have since stopped answering the phone when I called. Again there were no clear instructions for ending, and they do not pick up the phone consistently to help. In the end, I ended up paying an extra $150, and never even got my security deposit back, even after being out on the correct date and keeping the locker clean. They use the initial unclear instructions to scam you out of more months at the end, and I have known other friends who have had this same experience.
This was extremely disappointing as otherwise this place was great. Felt very scammed by the end as if they know how to take advantage of students.

Easy access, locks are smooth, rarely another car in front of the bay where my unit is. His stay dry and safe, dust and spiders are an expected nuisance. I would like fewer signs of mice, though.

The owner Garry is the best. Professional and responsive. I received a call from Garry after leaving my storage unit for the first time, to tell me that I had not locked my storage unit door. Thank you Garry!

Great storage place and was very pleased with my experience here. No fence but the manager here is very vigilant about keeping an eye on the premises and my stuff felt very safe! Super fast to respond if you need help with anything. The check out process was smooth when it was time to close my unit. If I need an unit again I will go back to this place. This location is conveniently about 6 minutes from the I-89 Williston exit (barring traffic of course!)

I have rented from them a couple of years for winter storage of my car. They are easy to work with and always polite. Prices are very reasonable. My wife also used them for a house move and liked them.
