Once again, upack crushes it.
Moved from Chicago to Burlington with two months of storage. The process was easy, convenient and affordable. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and calm. They seemingly have seen it all and readily have a solution to any problem.
This is our second move with upack. First time used the trailer and this time the cubes. Would highly recommend this service to anyone doing a long distance move.

We moved to VT from VA and our items were in storage for 3 months while we waited for our home. When we wanted our cubes delivered, they were responsive and timely. Items were in perfect condition at delivery. The delivery driver was great.

The sign-up process, delivery and pick-up of U-Pack’s “Relocubes” was excellent. The people were pleasant, accessible, prompt, and their policies were clear. However, we had significant water damage to things that were by the doors. It was costly and sad. They need to reseal their doors, and people need to pack only waterproof items near the doors. Also the cubes are jostled violently, so even strong boxes on the lower levels were crushed.

Awesome experience. Used for moving from out of state, everything arrived in great condition. Easy to get someone on the phone with any questions. Very professional and navigated a challenging parking situation beautifully. Highly recommend.

I have gotten two trailers from U-Pack, and all-in-all I am okay with the service, but with some reservations.The company in Vermont that delivered the trailer changed the drop-off time three times in one day. Frustrating because "someone was out sick" was the excuse. Meanwhile I have friends over to help me pack and we are waiting around twiddling our thumbs.Then, when dropping off the trailer in S.C (new home) they didn't bring the ramp until about 30-minutes before I was finished; basically the ramp was useless at that time. The yahoo I talked to stated: I didn't see it on the work order.Yeah, right - it's right there- in plain English - can't miss it.So, I waited for 4 hours for the ramp to arrive while unloading the trailer with the movers helping out.U-Pack is good - just make sure you stay on top of the people either picking it up or delivering it.

Everything about the process was very, very easy. U-Pack is more expensive than other similar companies, however the convenience, communication, scheduling, and quality of the actual container are absolutely worth it. Dropped off and picked up at both locations on time. The U-Pack container I got was almost brand new and much, much, sturdier than the competitors. Would absolutely use again in the future.

Every aspect of the move was very easy and everyone I talked to was very friendly. The customer service on the phone was very up front, nice, and helpful. Both of the delivery drivers (in Maryland and Vermont) were very nice and professional. It was exactly what we needed.

U-Pack was exactly what we needed when we moved from NY to NC. They were very helpful and courteous when dealing with on the phone or in person. Their drivers were very experienced and we had our belongings ahead of estimated schedule. Highly recommend this company if moving a long distance!

Great experience with U-Pack! Super easy and convenient, even when I had to change plans multiple times (first was planning to have the cubes delivered to my apartment, then had to switch to packing them at the depot, also needed to add a cube last minute and switch the delivery address and it was no problem). Unlike national movers, U-Pack representatives were available to chat with me at any time about questions I had and updates I had to make. They were always super helpful and reassuring. And I loved being able to track my stuff online and know where it was and when it was arriving. And it all came very quickly and in great condition! Truly made moving much less stressful. Highly recommend!

UPack was a great choice for our cross country move from Colorado to Vermont. They were on time dropping off and picking up the trailer in both locations and it was really easy to get in touch with them.The price for what you get is great, the only reason I give it 4 stars and not 5 is because the pricing is listed as 'per foot' but the divider wall connections are every 2 feet so it's a little misleading. But other than that it was a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this if you're making a move that would take you longer than a week to drive to! You'll save a ton of money :)

I moved everything from my one bed apartment in a relocube from NC to VT. The cube looked small and I was skeptical if it would hold everything. After arranging all my things in the cube, I had so much room left. The key to successfully moving all the things including furniture and appliances is in packing and securing the boxes.Thanks to all the previous reviews, I was able to bring all my boxes without moving an inch.Lastly, relocube is more affordable than others I looked up.

U-Pack was my second choice, but not anymore. We moved form VT to WA. They were great! Having professional movers pack and unpack was good for us, and saved us a third cube, I think. Even with the professional pack/unpackers, it saved us over $3000 from the moving company estimate. U-Pack employees were masked, helpful. friendly, responsive. I could always get to someone with a question. We paid a little more for a guaranteed delivery date which allowed us to schedule the unpackers. they took apart furniture like our bed and put it back together. They allowed clothing in drawers which was a real space saver. I'll always use U-Pack for long distance moves now. It was a good experience all around.
