I just had knee surgery so I am on crutches. Chris one of the staff at the store came outside and helped me carry everything in from my car. He packaged everything for me and got it out on time for my son‘s birthday at a reasonable price.

Recently bought two lots from a local auction that included many small items. The store picked them up quickly, packaged them carefully in bubble wrap, and had them in the mail to me the next day. They arrived in Michigan in just four days! Great job, and much appreciated.

Great location and support. I discarded my tracking information after shipping my package. The receiver needed this information and called this location and they were able to sort me out quickly and efficiently. I will continue to use this location for all my shipping needs.

After a frustrating day at the bank(s) it was a relief to do business here. Very competent, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my package was protected. Plus they had free lollipops. Really changed my mood.

I can't give anything lower, it says my package wad yesterday but it wasn't. They took a picture of a red blob to use as proof of delivery. The picture is unreadable and you can't convince me that's not intentional

I have used this particular location for 3 yrs now - I always have a wonderful experience. The associates are cordial,polite extremely customer service focused .
In this day and age where customer service in general is horrible - it is so nice to be treated with kindness and respect .
Keep up the good work - whatever that manger is doing for his employees is working .
