I have been meaning for months to make it to Essex or Williston and every time I go by I'm always on a dead run and can't stop. Today I made time to stop and I am so glad that I did. The gentlemen in Williston was so kind and very professional offering suggestions and answering all my questions. The store was so clean the menu was very easy to read with a large menu on the wall or a smaller menu on the counter. There were so many options I couldn't make a choice easily, so I committed to one and now I will be returning to try a few others. All natural raw ingredients, mix and match anything you want.
