I called to ask a question about an item, and if they still had it. One of the employees was being very rude on the phone. She put me on hold, and when she answered, she said, "Yeah, we don't have it" and then she just hung up. I've never had any good experiences with employees at Walmart. For some reason Walmart consists of employees that absolutely have no respect for customers.

Walmart in Williston and St Albans both say their paint mixing counters do not work. why do you still sell paint if you can't mix it. called the Williston store after the call button did not work just to be told they are short staffed. Spoke to a worker who could not help because he had to clean up a spill that was already cleaned up. very poor rating for both stores.

Workers accused me of "vandalism" and said they had footage of me breaking items in the store but refused to show me footage. They also followed me around the store my entire trip before said incident took place. There was also a boot filled with human piss.

Worst Walmart around and I'll tell you why. Bought a trash can yesterday. The trash can top was accidentally the wrong one. You'd think that would be an easy fix right? WRONG! Went back to Walmart to try and exchange for the right top for the one we had bought not even 24 hours after we went back. My significant other went to grab it while I waited in line. As soon as we got to the register, we explained that this is the wrong top for the trash can we had purchased. We had the receipt, the card it was purchased on, and the top(s) we wanted to exchange. The people at the service desk didn't even look at the receipt before telling us "do you have the trash can?" we reply "no why would we?". The service ladies then replied, "we need to scan the barcode on the trash can. we can't exchange it without it" we were shocked. I asked " why would you need to scan a barcode for the trash can, if the the top THAT CAME WITH IT was the wrong top in the first place?" The ladies didn't say a word. What if someone wanted to buy just a top and not the whole trash can? Why would you MAKE someone buy a whole trash can AGAIN because the top that CAME with it, was the wrong one in the first place? We ended up buying another trash can for no reason because apparently you can't buy the tops separately. Even though the top we got was the wrong one to begin with. Make this make sense because the math ain't mathing.

Walmart misadvertised a sofa as a sleeper when it wasn't one. They then said 3 times over the phone that they'd offer a refund. It's now been over a month, we've provided photos and videos of the sofa, called tons of times, and we still haven't received a refund. This is unacceptably terrible - I won't be shopping there again!

I know it's WalMart but come on it doesn't have to be so dirty and dis organized, and the cashier's are with very nice or extremely rude . And the customer service desk, they need to find someone who is so nasty and rude to people.

Went to order new lenses..was told my frame is to old..the frame was purchased new last year directly from the manufacturer..All 4 staff were sitting and DID NOT want to get off there seats! I had removed my lenses before I went. Then figured I should reinstall because they would want to see the frame..she said..my screws wont remove..They are a very lazy bunch and if you go there and see them you will totally understand exactly what I am saying.They are trying to do as little as possible..I watched them discourage at least 4 other customers along with myself from using them for eyecare.They should all be fired and new rehire folks.That store has always been great..its sad to see the help they have now.Terrible experience .Do not go ! They should love to see that..They dont want to work!! Its real obvious to!

Store wasn't too busy and the checkout was easy. Unfortunately the aisles were cluttered and seemed to be in a beginning state of disarray. I did however find an item in the electronics department I couldn't find elsewhere ?♂️ all things aside my family and I had a smooth trip!

"That will never happen" was the rude response I received when I asked if the store was open to look at frames. My only pair of glasses broke so I am in need of a new pair, but evidently that won't happen at Walmart.

Worst Wall-Mart. Most times I walk out because items are not available on the shelf. If I do decide to buy something lines are long and even have to wait for self check-out. Not enough staff. Lately I ordered an item from this store using their web-site. I got an email stating don't come in until I get the next email. The following email said sorry the item is sold out. There is zero tracking of inventory. The store needs to shut down, restock and get more reliable staff.

Don’t do any returns here. They give you cash back for a credit purchase, don’t give you all your money back nor do they give you any receipt. Then when you try to get your money back they tell you well the rest goes back on the card.

WORST WALMART EVER. So many empty shelves, no staff to be found. It took 35 mins just to have someone open a changing room. 25 mins just to pay and get out of there and there is no fresh produce sold here. Overall, bad experience and i would not recommend this location.

This Walmart has really gone down the tubes in 2019! Just last year, the shelves were properly stocked, and at least there weren't pallets of stock waiting to be put on the shelf. From my understanding, Walmart has reduced their staff and is trying to make their everyday cashiers and workers to do the job of stocking shelves and they are FAILING MISERABLY. They don't have ANYTHING that I used to go to Walmart for on their shelves, and it's not because the items are discontinued, it's because those spots on the shelves are EMPTY. What a disgrace.. Corporate Walmart needs to wise up. It's the cheapest man who spends the most. You'll regret your cost-cutting measures, you're going to lose customers and go the way like Sears, etc. Keep it up and Buh Bye Walmart! Someone else will step in and fulfill what you guys used to do. Or just fire that manager, that's always an option, get in someone good!
