I cannot say enough good things about the Brook Bound Inn. We envisioned an intimate Vermont wedding and the Brook Bound delivered (and then some)! Our entire family stayed at the Inn for two nights and absolutely loved the pool, pickleball and padel courts, and the firepits. It felt like a home away from home and a place where we could all relax and enjoy time together. Many of us stayed several nights beyond the weekend and didn’t want to leave. We loved using the main kitchen, the grill, and the large refrigerator to keep our whole group well fed for the duration of our stay. We used the dining room and the common areas for game night and we made smores around the fire. We did yoga on the pickleball court. We had a wonderful “rehearsal dinner” by the pool, complete with karaoke. And the wedding itself was spectacular. A special ceremony on the grounds under the handmade arbor, followed by a lovely cocktail hour on the lawn, then a reception under the beautiful pavilion. Jake and Hope could not have done more to make us feel welcome and make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The accommodations, the grounds, the amenities, and the hospitality were all first class. Do not hesitate to book the Brook Bound!!!

My wife and two kids took a spur of the moment trip for the long holiday weekend and so glad we found the Brook Bound Inn last minute.
We stayed in Suite 205. Room was spacious for our family of four with new updates in the living room and bathroom. Split AC units in both rooms made for a comfortable hot July day. Room was also sparkling clean (even for my wife who is constantly OCD about cleanliness in hotels/airbnbs).
Also even though our room had a kitchen the common areas that the room shared including a lounge area, kitchen and dining room were awesome additions to our stay (including free cereal, breakfast bars and coffee)
The grounds are immaculate with a huge heated pool with slide (kids had a blast) and pickle ball courts and a basketball hoop. Kids and I played for hours in the pool and then grabbed dinner at the Hermitage Resort.
We were having so much fun we called the owner the night of our first stay to see if we could have a late checkout and enjoy the pool after our checkout. He was more then accommodating, offering an 11 am checkout and that we could use the grounds including pool for as long as we wanted!
Family friendly clean and extremely affordable. All the other guests were super friendly and polite as well. We are definitely going to put this on our return list and let friends and family know as well.

We recently stayed at Brook Bound Inn with a large group and had an absolutely fantastic experience! The accommodations were perfect for our needs—we stayed in the cabin, carriage house, and a couple of suites, and every space was clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable.
The beds were wonderfully cozy, and the showers were pure luxury—just what you need after a day of activities. Speaking of activities, the amenities were top-notch. We had a blast using the pickleball and padel courts, and the pool was a huge hit with everyone in our group.
Brook Bound Inn truly has something for everyone, and the setting made it easy to relax, connect, and have fun. Highly recommend for both small getaways and larger group gatherings!

We were visiting the area to ski and got stuck in a snowstorm with no 4-wheel drive. We couldn't even make it up a nearby hill without our car starting to slide backwards.
FORTUNATELY, we were <0.5mi away from the Brook Bound Inn. We gave them a call to ask if we could park our car and stay the night. Jake, the owner, immediately offered to help and let us park our car at the edge of the Brook Bound Inn where it was safe. He plowed the entrance and nearby roads HIMSELF, and even offered to move our car for us so that it was ready to go for the next morning. We woke up the next day, warm and well rested, and found our car ready to go at the edge of the road! Literally a life-safer.
The owners are wonderful, selfless people. The community is great. The area is beautiful. Come check this place out!

Amazing stay at the Brook Bound Inn cabin! Clean and well appointed, cozy and comfortable. Owners were very responsive both before and after check in, and even after we checked out and I had one last question about their amazing beds and bedding. They may call it a cabin but the appointments were luxurious - I slept like a rock and that’s no small miracle. We could not have asked for a better ending to our week long tour of Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. Highly recommend!

My family and I recently visited the Brook bound Inn and found it absolutely perfect set in the beautiful Vermont woods and at the foot of the mountains that host two or three main ski locations. We loved everything from all the comforts of Home to the amenities of the best resorts, we love the main lodge, the large homelike cabins The pickle ball courts fireplaces and walking trails and all other activities are all within minutes of the inn. We left with a great feeling of being relaxed and looking forward to returning, we highly recommend a stay here for anyone coming to southern Vermont.

Brook Bound Inn is such a beautiful place to stay. The owners are just a call away for your needs, and they are so hospitable. Spacious, comfortable, rustic atmosphere, very clean. From the locally sourced soaps and lotions to the extra towels left in the dresser, these are just a couple of things to show the attention to detail for your needs. The bed and pillows are so comfy, so I slept very well and woke up rested. The suite I was in has its own kitchenette, but there is also a full kitchen available if you choose. Two beautifully decorated common rooms give a lot of space to relax by a fireplace. Since the weather was chilly, I wasn't able to use the big pool with a slide. But there is a court area where you can play pickle ball, padel, basketball, and corn hole. If you want a break, you can sit around the outdoor fire pit. The two nearby towns remind me of towns you'd see in a Hallmark Christmas movie. All local craftsmen, very quaint. The fall colors are so vibrant and gorgeous. If I ever get the chance to visit Vermont again, I will definitely stay at Brook Bound Inn for sure. If only I could give more than 5 stars.

My wife and I recently had an extended stay in the Cabin and it was absolutely perfect. The local fall colors, the food and shops right down the road in Wilmington, the property and our accommodations and service from Brook Bound Inn were all incredible. It was a dream week in the mountains 10 stars!!

My family spent the weekend at Brook Bound Inn for our first trip to Vermont. Absolutely the best location to stay. We stayed in suite 102 in the main inn and there was plenty of space for my family of 6. The hospitality was amazing. We felt very comfortable and welcome as soon as we arrived. The atmosphere was beyond beautiful. The fall leaves were stunning. Also the Inn is in close proximity to great restaurants and a few quaint towns. We will definitely stay here again when we return.

Brook Bound Inn was the perfect destination for my family vacation this summer. This was our second time staying at the inn, but first time in warm weather. The kids and adults alike loved the amazing pool, pickleball court, and padel court. This time around we stayed in the Carriage House, which had plenty of space for my family of 7. We especially appreciated how well-equipped the kitchen was and the use of a washer and dryer while there. If you’re feeling adventurous, there are many trails close by for you to mountain bike, run, or walk on. If you want a little extra challenge, the hike up to summit of Haystack Mountain is not to be missed. Also, there are many breweries around if you want to relax and enjoy happy hour or a good dinner.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Brook Bound Inn and had an amazing experience! Our suite was so spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was stocked with local soaps and even makeup wipes. We didn’t spend much time in our room, though, mainly because the property has so many great amenities. We had fun swimming in the pool, playing tennis, and making a fire. I can’t wait to come back! This place exceeded all of my expectations.

I stayed at the Brook Bound Inn with a few girlfriends. We enjoyed playing Pickleball and Padel, relaxing with other guests, cooling off in the huge swimming pool, and utilizing the common kitchen and dining room. It’s the perfect spot for a get away with friends and family!! I am highly recommending to all my friends!
After my first stay, I went back with family. If you are in Southern Vermont, do yourself a favor and book a room, the cabin or carriage house at the Brook Bound Inn.
Rooms: My room was beautifully appointed, with a very comfortable bed, sitting area with mini fridge, sink and coffee maker, and modern, large gorgeous bathroom!!
