The staff is so unprofessional. They are not helpful at all and act like they are very unconvinced by any question. I just called and asked if they have umbrella stands. The person who answered the phone said yes and when I asked her the price she said “I have NO idea” and wouldn’t even take a minute to look. This isn’t a one off; it’s consistent behavior. The worst!

Amazing service! Staff were so kind and helpful. Would definitely recomend. Great selection of tools, supplies, and anything that you might need at your home in a pinch. A wonderful idea to get an account there. We were desperate for getting something as they closed, and staff members John and Frank kindly helped us.

Customer service here is great. The atmosphere is relaxed and upbeat. I have consistently had good experiences with a variety of staff members. They have all been knowledgeable and friendly. Actually, I’d say it’s one of the friendliest places in the area.
Their selection is also surprisingly extensive for their size. They always seem to have what you need. I guess they know what people tend to be looking for.
Their prices are also good, especially considering their rural location. For example, I found better prices here on ball jars than I found at Walmart, which was a real surprise.
They just seem like a fair and solid company. We’re lucky to have them in the area.

Hands down, amazing! I ran in five minutes before close, and needed paint mixed. We’ve been trying to finish up a long overdue project and were in the home stretch and we ran out of paint. I ran in to WW like a crazy person right when they were closing up. The paint store was already closed, lights off, system powered down, out of luck. When I told them what happened, the guy looked at me and said, let’s go. It didn’t take long, and he didn’t have to do it. But he did. And I am so appreciative. That is the epitome of small town service, and being a good neighbor. Most wouldn’t have done that, but he did and I’m grateful.

I've been coming to WW for over a decade, had my name on half a dozen accounts. This place takes advantage of its monopoly in the area to inflate prices to 50-100% more than their nearest competitors. They have made errors on former bosses orders and not taken responsibility, costing thousands. Today they have "special hours" and are closing early. I didn't realize there were any holidays in August...

We love WW Building Supply. We get the wood pellets to heat our home there plus they have everything you need. The staff's top notch, always helpful and kind. I don't know what we would do without them. Keep up the good work!

W and W is always so accommodating and super helpful. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. If they don’t know about a product they will find out for you or if you need a special order they are super helpful with that as well. Overall a great local hardware store to shop at!

Went in recently looking for ratchet straps with my young son. Adam was super helpful and made sure we found the right ones for the job. Excellent service! John at the register even gave my son a WW pencil, it made his day!

Love this place. The staff is always friendly and they’re all pretty knowledgeable when it comes to things. If someone isn’t sure about something they’ll find someone that knows. They have most your needs and if there is something they don’t have they will look it and see if they can get it for you . Highly recommend going there and supporting the small local store !
