So I misjudged my heating oil level and ran out sometime in the night on Thursday. Put in an online order on Friday morning and it was in my tank before 4pm. Could not be happier. Shoutout to the driver for braving the mud pit that is my road and making it all the way up here. You the real MVP.

Called to arrange a plumbing installation estimate and they informed me they only do plumbing work for their own existing customers. To have them do an estimate they wanted me to switch my heating service to them. Their website does not say this anywhere! Very disappointed.

Very awesome company. Today a member of our community was in need of propane. The community came together to assist that person with the means to do so. The Brattleboro office yielded multiple calls for donations AND went the extra mile to get tanks to this woman today! Thanks for doing your part to make the community better!
