Didier delivered 66 bags of cellulose. Communication was great. He let us know when he was 30m away and asked where we would like the material dropped on site. We were unable to be there for the delivery and it went perfect!!

I pretty much never review a company unless I love it, but this situation was bad enough that I think it’s important to make a record. The owner sent over two clearly inexperienced and exhausted kids to do the move without an adult to supervise. One said he was 14 years old. They had been working several days straight, which may be a violation of child labor laws. We should have turned them away but felt out of options - needing to finish that day to stay on schedule. In two hours, being kids, they got a 15 foot moving truck less than halfway loaded, had trouble remembering requests we had made, and spent a great deal of time in the truck arranging and rearranging the handful of items they had brought out. After two hours the owner called to ask for more money for them to keep going. We agreed to pay for another hour, because he had us over a barrel. But they did essentially no more work from that point, and seemed completely gassed. Of the three items we saw them bring out from that point on, one was damaged on the way to the truck. We tipped them but did not give the owner cash for the hour where no functional work was done, which he called to complain about and try to pressure us into handing him money for. He implied on that call that he had taken their tips, but I’m not sure if I understood properly. We ended up loading more than half of the fifteen foot truck ourselves, despite injuries that had led us to hire movers.When we got to our destination, the two adult movers had no trouble loading all of our stuff into a four story building in an hour and a half. They also found several boxes with clearly labeled up arrows upside down or overturned and damaged in the section of the truck that D’s had loaded. We chatted with them about our experience with D’s and they agreed with us that something was wrong if the load-in had taken over three hours. I don’t blame the kids he sent at all, who were very nice and clearly doing their best. But this company is doing something wrong.Edit: the owner has replied suggesting he doesn’t know who I am. I’m sure he does, because he was on the phone arguing with me two days ago. The order was under my wife’s name. We hired D’s through UHaul. We did get scammed, by D’s.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. The friends that were going to help me had to cancel the day before my move. Didier made sure that I had a team at my apartment the following day. The guys he sent were very nice and they worked really hard to get the job done. I highly recommend this service. You won’t be disappointed!Service: Local moving
