“Efficient but could use a 2nd cashier service person at the front . As the cost of stamps go up, the less staff you have serving the public ? Doesn't make any cents $$$!!!”

“Trying to track down a package and the staff here were super helpful and diligent. I've also had great experiences mailing things before. Support our postal workers!”

“The post office is such a community hub. I always run into so many folks. A highlight is seeing Radigan and Matthew's happy faces. They are seriously ALWAYS smiling and chatty. But guys- come on. Ease up on Jimbob. He's an icon. If you think he's grumpy go take a lesson in dry banter. Hands down- my FAVORITE stop in Shelburne. They always handle my parcels with care and go above and beyond. Three cheers for the three amigos who keep Shelburne post office a place where people ACTUALLY don't mind having to visit. You guys are doing a great job!”

“All the ppl complaining about this post office have no clue what the workers are actually dealing with, they are short staffed, so if u have to wait 2-3 weeks to get ur package, it is what it is, the amount of time yall took outta ur day to write a whole essay with negative feedback like we back in middle school you could’ve went to the store and got what you wanted, they do sell dog food and toilet paper at the store haha, it’s the whole world now, I go in all the time to ship stuff out and the clerk Yuka is the friendliest dude always helps me out and is great, the customers I see him deal with on a daily basis is ridiculous, barely can look him in the eye when he greets them and calling him names and being rude to him, it’s not right, they doing the best they can with the limited resources they have. All I can say is I’ve always had a great experience dealing with him and this post office and all these ppl writing nasty comments need to find something better to do with their life.”

60 White St, South Burlington VT 05403
“Staff are always pleasant, kind, and respectful considering the stress they are under with the limited resources and staff shortages. I have observed them showing compassion and being as solution focused with bewildered community members as possible under the challenging circumstances that their office is coping with. Thank you for your service.”

“I've had nothing but great experiences with the Pine Street location. The person that answered took so much time to help me out with a forwarding issue I was having. He was super helpful, especially when I know how the USPS is so understaffed right now. So grateful for them and making the solution so easy.”
