These guys are amazing! Not only is their furniture gorgeous, but they are very responsive via email to any questions you may have. We got our VT Furniture Designs furniture second hand, and they sent us a missing bed support part quickly and also helped us troubleshoot issues with our bed slats - all issues from previous owners! Know that if you buy something from them they're there to support you for the life of the furniture. Amazing!

Nearly 27 years ago, my spouse and I decided to buy our first real piece of furniture (not pressboard or a futon). We really debated about the investment but fell in love not just with the beauty of the design of Vermont Furniture Designs and the extraordinary craftsmanship, but with the idea that we might be have something that would last throughout our lifetimes.
Today the pieces we bought from Vermont Furniture Designs look and function like new. They are timeless pieces of art that have provided warmth, a sense of security and place, and beauty as they have graced our home for decades. We will have these pieces for our entire lives and I am confident we will be able to pass them on to the next generation.
These pieces haven't worn. And when we had an issue with our bed (after 234years!), the company responded to an email inquiry almost instantly. They resolved the problem immediately. They are true to their word. The company stands by its work.
I feel so lucky to have found this company. They are artisans who create true pieces of durable, functional art that is not only designed to - but guaranteed to - last a lifetime and beyond.

We have purchased multiple pieces including 2 beds, a full size dresser with matching mirror, a lingerie cabinet (tall thin dresser shown in photo ) and a set of dining room chairs. Suffice it to say that we love the quality of the craftsmanship and appearance of these cherry pieces. We highly recommend this company for heirloom quality pieces at reasonable prices as well as their very helpful owners.

I bought the anders queen bed about 15 or more years ago . This bed has moved around with me many times and remains a timeless piece of furniture in my life . The last move the movers misplaced the screws - Vermont furniture designs were able to ship me some new screws for a nominal fee . Thanks guys ! Keep making great quality furniture ❤️

VT Furniture Designs is amazing! We had a problem with a bed we purchased from them 20+ years ago and they fixed it at no cost (other than shipping). Excellent craftsmanship and fair prices for Vermont furniture handmade by skilled craftspeople. Not only did we buy two solid walnut pieces from the showroom, but we also got a tour of the workshop where everything is made. Vermont Furniture Designs really puts thought into its furniture
The attention to detail is a rarity these days. It's also good to support.a.small business. Cannot recommend highly enough. Well worth the drive to Winooski!

Bought a VFD sideboard and hutch from Room and Board in 1999. Recently broke one of the drawer pulls. E-mailed VFD to see if they could help. For the nominal cost of shipping they sent a replacement pull and a few extras. Really appreciated the support after all of these years!
