Exorbitant prices. Awful selection. Terrible service. Quite possibly the worst grocery store I’ve ever been to.

I arrived at 7:50pm with the intent to purchase a single bag of coffee. Quick in and out. The store closes at 8pm, yet the door was locked and a female employee very rudely yelled at me in a nasty tone that they are closed. I didn’t realize 7:50pm meant 8pm. I hate to write negative reviews, but adjust your posted hours if not accurate. I don’t think I’ll shop here again. It’s hard to trust a store that doesn’t value customer service.

As a black individual who has faced discriminatory behavior at this supermarket, I want to highlight a concerning issue. Both I and other black customers have been treated poorly, such as being spoken to in a condescending manner and receiving change as if our hands were unwelcomed. I suggest that the supermarket provide additional training for staff to improve interactions and ensure everyone is treated with respect.

A welcoming and very well run business.
We bought two bars of chocolate and something to drink in this scorching temperature while we were on a motorbike on June 18, 2024 in the middle of the afternoon. We were able to chat in French with a friendly lady at our checkout who was from Sherbrooke. Nothing cheap like everywhere else and that's how it is even if it's inconceivable. Chocolate bars at $2.99 each. I bought myself milk and a large 2 liter bottle of Polar lemon and my wife, a bottle of water for $1.99. We offer you two photos including that of the cash receipt with the detailed description of our purchases totaling $11.70.

Overpriced standard to low-end items. Go up the road to Woodstock Farmer’s Market for a better selection of higher quality goods at similar prices. Disappointing.
