The employees are never behind the counter when needed. Usually off talking to someone or the second you walk up to the counter they walk away. The self checkout is nice but I think it’s made the employees kind of lazy.

Located in the amazingly charming town of Woodstock, Vermont, Maplefields is a great spot to stop and pick up snacks and breakfast sandwiches on the way to Killington ski resort. The breakfast sandwich is not your typical gas station breakfast sandwich… It’s really delicious! They also have a lovely coffee bar. I stopped in a couple of times and enjoyed my visits! In particular, employee Susie keeps the coffee bar sparkling clean, and she is so friendly and helpful. She made me want to come back to the store! Maplefields also has a nice selection of Vermont maple products at reasonable prices.Somehow, I didn’t get a picture of the coffee bar. Its self-service and there is something for everyone!

I love visiting this store when I'm in the area. The past few times I've been in, Angela has been there and has been so helpful and awesome. She's always busy doing something to keep the store in good order. She's a great asset and I'm always thankful to stop in when she's there!

Quick, friendly service. Good food. Clean dining area. A great place to stop for a quick lunch!Shout out to the kind woman behind the checkout counter and the nice man who brought us our food from the Amato’s express!

Absolutely love driving to get some food/drinks or gas, only to find out the gas station closed 3 hours before they are supposed to be closed. No sign, no notice, just closed cus they felt like it? I watched 6 other cars enter the parking lot, try the door, yell and swear when it was locked and squeal out of the parking lot while i was making this review.

You have two choices for gas as you enter downtown Woodstock: Cumberland Farms or Maplefields. I used to always stop at Cumberland Farms because they have more gas pumps but no more: after a recent stop for gas at the Woodstock Maplefields, this will be my go-to from now on. Despite it essentially being a gas station, this Maplefields is different. The inside feels almost artisanal, with its brick walls and strong selection of local products. If you're into Vermont craft beer, Maplefields has a great selection. I needed coffee and this Maplefields had the most impressive selection of Green Mountain Coffee I've seen anywhere. This includes all the flavors you can't find in grocery stores. Overall I was really impressed and I would not just consider this Maplefields to be your average gas station/convenience store.

Stopped here on my way to Dartmouth. Shelly greeted us with a cheerful good morning greeting and two fresh breakfast sandwiches. How nice it is to see wonderful customer service. I have not seen that in a long time. Maplefields is lucky to have her.

Me and my friend came into this establishment and I instantly felt the negative vibes. The workers making our food kept glaring at us and talked to us like we were stupid. We didn’t get half of the stuff we ordered and it was very unorganized. The lady didn’t make our food until she asked us if she should start making our order. Definitely needs some TLC! Great food, horrible staff.

I have personally been to the store many times. But never have I walked in to a store where a manager is swearing at his employees and being extremely rude. One of his employees was explaining to him what was going on with the pump and all he could say was did you put a f****** bag over it in the employee said yes and he said good that's all that f****** matters. And then ran to his cubicle and slammed his door and there have been other occasions of him screaming at employees and customers he does not deserve to be in a management role. If I had a manager like this I would walk out the door and call human resources and I feel sorry for those employees that have to deal with his attitude on a daily basis and US customers that he tells to go f ourselves

Employees do not wear masks, and loudly spout anti-science nonsense. Highly recommend stopping somewhere else, this place is unsafe. If you are looking to catch covid, this is your place.
