My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Josh Hunt on our first ever home purchase. Safe to say, the whole process of buying a home was very nerve racking and anxiety inducing for us. Josh helped to calm our nerves and was extremely patient, attentive, and kind through out the whole process. Josh was always there to answer any of our questions or to get us information on a new listing. Josh’s contracting background was also critical in helping us determine what kind of shape the homes we looked at were truly in. We seriously cannot recommend Josh enough!

We met with Mary to discuss our options as we had decided to list our home in the early spring. We wanted to get some guidance about timelines and, following our conversation, felt it was in our best interest to list earlier and as a private listing. We had some work to do on the inside prior to taking photos and a private listing gave us the opportunity to perhaps capture an earlier buyer as we prepared our home for listing on the MLS. As it turned out and thanks to Mary's suggestion, we were able to sell it in a week of listing. We know fully well that doesn't happen often and were grateful for Mary's encouragement to start the process earlier. We also knew we had a desirable listing and there was no real reason to wait. Mary was the consummate professional as she guided us through this process. She truly worked for us in negotiating all of the nuances of selling a home as we navigated our way through the closing process. Don’t call my agent again to complain about my bad review! Grow up and do your job like I was trying to do when I was interrupted by a phone call making me aware of your complaint. Some of us aren’t third generation wealthy Vermont residents who don’t have to work for a living. And some of us have real jobs. Not the modern day equivalent of a used car salesman.

Holly Hall's dedication and care far exceeds any realtor experience that I have ever had and she is my real estate broker from now on. She's friendly, kind, and quite knowledgeable. Besides showing the house, Holly continually demonstrated her commitment to her client, me. Here are examples:· The house I wanted to see was up a dirt road and my car wouldn't be able to make it up the mountain in this rainy weather which made the mountain road impassable. She got us up there in her 4 wheel drive· Holly came with me to walk the perimeters of the property for the land survey.· I needed to find a real estate attorney and she recommended several - the one I worked with was absolutely thorough and superb in taking the time to explain legal terms and handling the closing.· I also needed to find a good insurance company - and she found the company that has been insuring this house for years and they are excellent.· Since I haven't moved in and the closing was over six weeks ago, she's gone over to check on the house at least twice.Who does that? An amazing realtor does that! Thanks to Holly Hall, I have a dream house. I am so, so grateful.
