Instructor and health coach, Jody Eaton, is the whole package. She knows and understands how the body functions and moves, she speaks honestly, she is fun and energetic and her classes are always challenging for each individual. Jody is inspiring to all she meets, teaches and instructs. After 10 years of regular classes each week I still look forward to that Monday morning class.

Jody Eaton is a world-class fitness instructor, trainer, and motivator. We are SO beyond lucky to have her in the Woodstock area. Her dedication, enthusiasm, and anatomical expertise are inspiring and make every workout a fun, educational, and spirited experience. Cardio Dance is an awesome dance party in the middle of the day, PIYO is an amazing stretch, and HIIT is very difficult but so rewarding in the end. Personal training with Jody is excellent, totally worth it and very inspiring. Soulshine Training is one of the best things going on around town - everyone coming through should fit in a workout with Jody. Thank you, Jody, for all that you do and all that you are.

I am NOT a class goer, it has never really appealed to me, but a good friend suggested that I try this HIIT class out. 'This HIIT class' was a Jody class, unlike any other! I am so glad that my path landed me here, I couldn't be more in love with Jody and her amazing inspiration, determination, encouragement, and her loving and genuine, beautiful soul! Jody's name 'SoulShine', couldn't fit more perfectly. Not only is she amazing at her job, but she showers her shining soul over the whole class each and every time without fail, and truly reminds you of the beauties in life and things to be thankful for. She's the real deal! I feel so lucky to call Jody my trainer!

I really don't like exercising or doing group exercise classes at the gym, BUT I always look forward to the few times a year I can join one of Jody's classes. She's tough but she's a lot of fun and incredibly supportive and motivating. Definitely try her class if you're in the Woodstock VT area!

Jody is incredible. It's as if your best, funniest, most understanding and sympathetic friend happened to also be amazingly knowledgeable about anatomy and physiology and was able to put you through your workout paces while making you feel beautiful even when you're a sweaty mess. The best testament to her rock-star training skill and her overall lovableness is that in the four years we've been working together, I have only missed our weekly session when I've been travelling; it's one of my favorite hours all week!!

Jody Eaton is a spectacular fitness instructor! She oozes enthusiasm and provides a fun, supportive and encouraging environment that inspires you to push yourself. She connects with everyone in her class, no matter their age, level or experience, or fitness goal. She is attentive to each individual and it is apparent that she has been a positive influence in many students' lives. She has ignited a fire in my life and awoken a new passion for wellness. She teaches us how to implement fitness into our lives and maintain a positive lifestyle. I have attended her high intensity class several times and it rocks. She is enthusiastic, fun, and hard core. She does all the moves a long with us and encourages us to work hard. I leave her class feeling like a super hero. She is absolutely incredible and I am so grateful to her for how she has changed my life!

Jody is an AMAZING instructor. She has great energy and enthusiasm, and her classes are always fun. She does teach tough classes, but I always feel great afterwards (after the soreness wears off). I live in Boston but visit Woodstock VT often, and try to take one of her classes while I'm there. If you're in the area, go take one of her classes!

Jody has been a game-changer while living in Vermont. Her classes are upbeat, challenging, motivational, and also totally achievable. It's the first class that I come back to over and over again despite its early hour and its high-intensity workout. I always feel like I worked my whole body, and that Jody is there whenever I need her to talk through body, life, health, and wellness. She keeps all of us going, across age ranges, experience levels, and fitness goals. She pushes, but in a way that makes everyone feel good about themselves. Better than my New York City or London workouts ever were.

Jody is a great person to have in your weekly schedule - not only to help you keep your self physically strong and healthy, but as an inspiration to be pro-active and positive about the expectations to have for over all well being. I highly recommend Jody to be your personal trainer!!!
