My car was sent there for the brakes to be fixed,well when they called me to pick my vehicle up it was in the same condition, they never even tried to repair anything and when i was leaving Richey was outside, and I turned around and came back he said it was the control arm well they took the tire off and said it was the axle
Real mechanics don't exist anymore i guess

I have been going here for several years now and I have had exceptional service! I trust them to work on my car as well as both of my sons cars. They have always done exactly what they said and the price has always been right! I took my car in last month and needed breaks an oil change and to check the reason for my check engine light that had recently popped up on my dash. My car was done before noon and everything was taken care of! I’m a single mom, I work a lot and also do not know anything about cars so I need to be able to trust the person/business that works on our cars as well as depend on them to get the job done pretty fast and Abingdon Auto meets all of those requirements and more! What an awesome place! The owner ordered parts for me. That night, he researched about my car and chose a different way of fixing the problem. Thank you for taking the time to fix my car in a reasonable and honest way. Thank you everyone else for posting about this place so that I knew where to go!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE SERVICED HERE.I took my vehicle to have brake pads and rotors replaced in October 2023. I had no damage on my Lexus vehicle when I took it to be serviced. The next morning I noticed my right fender had a small indention on the lower part of the fender. I did not noticed this damage when I left because it was on the passenger side. I went back to the shop the next day and show the owner my car damaged. The owner stated, this damaged was not done by someone hitting the vehicle in the parking lot , something had flew up and damaged the vehicle. She said I so sorry that this has happen to your vehicle. She instructed me to take my car to Farmer's Body Shop for an estimate in which I immediately took it to Kevin Farmer, and later return the estimate to the shop. Then, the manager Richie got involved and stated he had worked it out with Kevin and my car would be repaired in 3 weeks. After waiting 3 weeks, I spoke with Kevin and he stated that he had not spoken with Richie regarding my car. Then, I went back to Abingdon Auto Lube and spoke with Richie and he again stated that he spoke with Kevin and he would send the estimate to his insurance company so I could get my car repaired. When the insurance adjuster contacted him he stated that they did not do the damage. Richie is so untruthful. I tried to give him the benefit of doubt but after speaking with the adjuster I realized that he doesn't know how to tell the truth. My advise is DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS to any dishonest businesses.

Took two hours to get a simple oil change. Let their buddy’s cut in line when they had waiting customers. Had my car ready but left me waiting another thirty minutes before I got my keys back will not be back.
