We were rear ended on our way home from Thanksgiving. Jason took care of us and our totaled car. I went to the hospital, and he took my husband and car to his safe lot. He gave my husband a ride to the hospital, and was available on our timeline to get our luggage out of the car. He had helped cover up our stuff as it was pouring rain. He was so kind - we were hit by a driver going 70mph who didn’t notice that traffic in our lane had stopped. I will always be grateful for the care he gave us that day.

Abingdon Collision & Towing saved the day; they were on point. The driver Franklin, arrived in a timely matter, even before their eta. Franklin, the driver, acted in a most professional way by explained the process and quickly got the vehicle loaded. They helped my situation to be more manageable. AC&T’s prompt and efficient service makes them a 10 in my book. I recommend Abingdon Collision and Towing for everyone’s towing services. Oh yeah Franklin’s professionalism and great customer care was the icing on the cake. THANKS GUYS!!!

We were involved in a major wreck, and Abingdon Collision and Towing stepped in to help us during one of the most difficult moments. I want to express my sincere respect for the professionalism and outstanding communication of the two brothers who run this company. Both of them went above and beyond—not only recovering our truck and trailer, but also helping in ways no other towing provider ever has.
They assisted with load reloading, heavy equipment handling, and even helped us load both the truck and trailer. Their crew was equally impressive—efficient, respectful, and genuinely supportive.
It was an absolute pleasure meeting you both, and I truly hope our paths cross again under better circumstances. Thank you for everything.

Last Sunday the clutch went out of my truck in Glade Spring. Chance from Abingdon Collision came quickly and had us home in no time. He even crawled under the truck and diagnosed the problem. He was courteous and so helpful. We highly recommend Abingdon Collision and Towing. We always use them when we need a tow!

I just wanna say thank you to Byran and his crew at Abington collision and towing for helping me out in a very, very difficult time in my life if it wasn’t for them, I probably wouldn’t be able to drive or have my car right now and I just want the world to know that this is a great place to get your car towed worked on Whatever it may be that you need when it comes to your car, I highly recommend Abingdon collision and towing they did an amazing job treated me with respect and kindness they go yea above and beyond. They are honest and they don’t try to rip you off. They will work with you however needs fit. They do an amazing job at everything and I promise if you choose this shop to get your car towed or worked on you will never be disappointed they are great here.
