The manager Shante was very nice very friendly and made me feel better. It did take a while before I actually got my apartment, but I was so glad for the staff and everything that they did for me.”

“Bolt storage for the win! Thanks so much for helping us in a pinch - we were packing my daughter up after school let out and her things didn’t all fit in the car. Duncan of Bolt patiently helped me through the Bolt contract process including figuring out how to load my own insurance policy, and selecting the location and unit size that were best for the items we had to store. We worked everything out in a short period of time so that we could move into the space the next day and I got a discount too! Really grateful to Duncan for walking me through the whole process and I highly recommend Bolt for college students or anyone else in a pinch.”
