“They was very friendly. Our seller Dalton he explan everything to us about the charges of the jeep everything that came with the jeep .everything was upfront they went over everything befor it was put on paper the warranty. How much everything was going to cost befor they ever got started they didnt have any hidden fees like most other car dealerships. They did a very small processed fee which is more than fair other dealerships ships charge way over $2,000 and then tell you they have to add that .the manger came out told us who he was and what he was going to be doing and asked us if we needed anything any water .every one in that building was kind friendly I just can't say enough good things about them .they have a cleaning lady there all day doing something. After all paper work was done they set my phones up to my jeep.filled the jeep up with gas wash it cleaned it up .I dont ever have to go to these other dealerships again .ill be doing my business right here for now on .and the seller gave us his phone number said if I have any problems just too reach out to him and he will take care of us..they treated every customer the same that came on there lot.thank you all so much we love our jeep we are supper happy .they are highly recommended..we just revisit we had a leak across the top on our way there a rock hit our window we didnt have wind sheld insurance so the glass guy was there that day the sales manager told them to fix it for us didnt charge us a dime these people take care of there customers in such a way you dont want to shop any where els dont take my word go check them out for your self you will see first hand they love there customers. God is good to this dealership and the customers .we bought a second jeep .took a little longer than expected. But everything turned out great in the end .got the payment we needed its all great .Just ask for Dalton. He will take care of ya .”

“Forgot to post this with everything going on. I want to give this company a HUGE SHOUTOUT!! This company was amazing! They helped me when my RV went down and the kind man Who came out and suggested what may be wrong was a genius! We caveman the issue and made it back home 7 hrs away! If ai could give 10 stars I would!! The owner went above and beyond after hearing about my issue with money and provided services even after he didn't have to! He could have turned us away! We need more people like these 2 angels!! Thank you for getting us home!!”

“Always go to Rusty's to get exhaust work done! He does very good work at good prices! Way better than Larry's in Abingdon that almost got me killed years ago by laying my exhaust right on my rubber brake line causing my brakes to go out! If you install any aftermarket exhaust part and have problems,Rusty will also fix that,as he did for me on a mustang once before! I never trust anyone but Rusty with my exhaust systems anymore!Rusty will do a good job and do it right the first time every time!”

“This place has been a literal Godsend. Helped my son and husband after an insane emergency with our camper by getting them safely to the shop and working diligently with us to ensure they did anything they could to help facilitate the repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible. If more than 5 stars was possible, they deserve all the stars.”

“Highly, Highly, Highly recommend... broke down on a Saturday ( 2021 RAM 4500 ), and the local RAM dealership stated no independent shops in the area. After a Google search, I found this amazing shop. No wonder why they are the # 1 diesel shop in the state of Virginia. Sent a text on Sunday ( and they actually answered ), arrived Monday morning, and within 2 hours, I was back on the road headed home ( praise the Lord ) ... I can't say enough about the fine folks at W.O.T. Motorsports!!! Absolutely, THE BEST!!!!”

“I arrived at 4:40PM on a Friday before closing time for a state inspection with no advance call (had just been turned down by another local facility due to being out of stickers). Team was very friendly, efficient, and even provided guidance for an upcoming maintenance that will be needed before next year - including DIY parts required and a quote if returning to Mullins for the service.”

“Hands down the best parts department. Have been turning wrenches for 25 years and Andrew has been my go to guy for any and all truck parts. He and his team will go above and beyond to find you the part that you need to get rolling. You won't find a more dedicated parts team. I have yet to experience anyone to their level.”

“Been going to this Mechanic for years. Very honest and work with me despite me not living in the area anymore. I don't trust any other mechanics for my car work so it's definitely worth the 90 minute drive down. They give you honest estimates and work with your budget.”

“Was kinda confusing purchasing an auto in another state with taxing and such. I was really nervous about buying a vehicle sight unseen. With my bank I had to have insurance on it first. I had all the what if questions in my head. In the end I got a great car at a great price. Thank for making a difficult situation a breeze.”

“We were traveling through town and developed car trouble, so we stopped the Pioneer Chevrolet service department for help. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and had our car repaired and on the way in just a little over an hour. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for courteous folks and competent staff to service your vehicle. Cheryl M”

“Each time they have done body work they have done body work it has looked as good or better than factory paint. And the price is comparable or actually cheaper than a lot of other body shops. Finished each time when they quoted and at the price quoted”

“Dakota the Automotive mgr. was great! I'm not sure how Walmart can keep such a knowledgeable, customer focused and caring senior employee on staff. He treated us with respect and was looking out for our well being, comfort and satisfaction during our stay while purchasing 4 tires and installation. His support staff was also to be commended. Thank you Walmart for a job well done. God willing, we will be back.”
