“They was very friendly. Our seller Dalton he explan everything to us about the charges of the jeep everything that came with the jeep .everything was upfront they went over everything befor it was put on paper the warranty. How much everything was going to cost befor they ever got started they didnt have any hidden fees like most other car dealerships. They did a very small processed fee which is more than fair other dealerships ships charge way over $2,000 and then tell you they have to add that .the manger came out told us who he was and what he was going to be doing and asked us if we needed anything any water .every one in that building was kind friendly I just can't say enough good things about them .they have a cleaning lady there all day doing something. After all paper work was done they set my phones up to my jeep.filled the jeep up with gas wash it cleaned it up .I dont ever have to go to these other dealerships again .ill be doing my business right here for now on .and the seller gave us his phone number said if I have any problems just too reach out to him and he will take care of us..they treated every customer the same that came on there lot.thank you all so much we love our jeep we are supper happy .they are highly recommended..we just revisit we had a leak across the top on our way there a rock hit our window we didnt have wind sheld insurance so the glass guy was there that day the sales manager told them to fix it for us didnt charge us a dime these people take care of there customers in such a way you dont want to shop any where els dont take my word go check them out for your self you will see first hand they love there customers. God is good to this dealership and the customers .we bought a second jeep .took a little longer than expected. But everything turned out great in the end .got the payment we needed its all great .Just ask for Dalton. He will take care of ya .”

“Highly, Highly, Highly recommend... broke down on a Saturday ( 2021 RAM 4500 ), and the local RAM dealership stated no independent shops in the area. After a Google search, I found this amazing shop. No wonder why they are the # 1 diesel shop in the state of Virginia. Sent a text on Sunday ( and they actually answered ), arrived Monday morning, and within 2 hours, I was back on the road headed home ( praise the Lord ) ... “Always go to Rusty's to get exhaust work done! He does very good work at good prices! Way better than Larry's in Abingdon that almost got me killed years ago by laying my exhaust right on my rubber brake line causing my brakes to go out! If you install any aftermarket exhaust part and have problems,Rusty will also fix that,as he did for me on a mustang once before! I never trust anyone but Rusty with my exhaust systems anymore!Rusty will do a good job and do it right the first time every time!”

He treated us with respect and was looking out for our well being, comfort and satisfaction during our stay while purchasing 4 tires and installation. His support staff was also to be commended.
