Customers say it is the best of the automatic wash you drive through and then can vacuum out yourself crowd. The staff is friendly, mindful, and caring, and the business is open 7 days a week. The monthly membership is very affordable and worth it. The wipe down towels are always stocked and plentiful, and the car mat cleaner is amazing. However, some customers mention it is a little expensive. The drying process is not as good as the washing process, as the blowers miss the front windshield, side glasses, and mirrors, requiring a towel to dry the windshield. There are no workers to wipe down the vehicle at the end. One customer got 2 deep scratches in the paint job from the washing cycle. Despite these issues, customers say it is the best one around and they will continue to use Doug’s Super Wash.

By far the best of the automatic wash you drive through and then can vacuum out yourself crowd. I don't even live in Virginia but I bought a membership because I come through at least twice a month most months just because it does such a good job.

It’s a great place to wash your vehicle the service is amazing and it always gets my vehicles clean no matter how muddy it is
