“I just recently had an issue with Craftsmans weedeater. Juan called Craftsman and was very professional and patient with the Craftsman tech. He was able to get me a new one sent. I also purchased a new a kKobalt 48 volt leaf blowers. Lisa (Asst Mgr) was very helpful in helping me acquire this tool. Very professional. I had talked to Trina in Home and Garden prior to this purchase. She was extremely helpful and even called me back with the best solution. Amazing folk. Lisa, Juan and Trina.
