Kroger has more organic products than most supermarkets in the area. Though the organic cucumbers were not fresh. Store needs to be updated. Bathroom was a disaster. I told a front end employee. When I was leaving there was a wet floor sign outside ladies room, so I assume it was addressed. Staff was friendly.

The employees at this store are always kind and helpful. The store is clean and when I do a pickup order, they always choose the best produce!

I think it’s really rude when I’m a customer asking about the price of an item with no tag and a worker says “sorry I work at the front I don’t work in that department” like that matters??? Some people don’t have phones to look up prices or elderly and to say you can’t help me because you don’t work in that department is disgusting. Last I checked the tags are put on the shelves by someone that does all tags in the store not by specific departments so someone in this store should know what the price is. She had a handheld in her dang hand I also know that you can look up prices on it but it’s whatever. Guess I have to wait till the morning cause all the people in that department has left for the day and she can’t help me cause she doesn’t work in that department. I guess she also can’t ask someone else that can find out the price. When I’m working at my job I make sure the customer is helped not tell me you don’t know cause you don’t work there but you do work for Kroger and are scanning things for pick up but can’t scan my damn item I want to know how much it is???

I am a vendor. I delivery to all the Krogers in southwest Virginian from Bristol to Roanoke. For some odd reason, Kroger Abindgon, Virginia 24210 cuts off receiving at 9am. No kroger in the state of Virginia does that. It gives no time to make it there if I hit traffic or get stuck behind schedule. It’s extemely bad for business . Please have a talk with the store manager there. His name is Ian. He is costing my company and Kroger money. There is no reason to be stopping receiving before 11am.

Make sure to check the expiration date! I’ve found a couple of expired items on the shelves and accidentally bought moldy hot dog buns today, had to throw them away!

The store was clean and well stocked. The only thing I saw that could have been better was we saw more than 1 team member on their phone while working. Yes, they had an earbud in. They weren't holding their phone... but they were not aware of a customer needing help because they were on their phone talking while they work. If they worked in the back where no customers might need help, that's totally different. But to be on the sales floor on their phone is totally unacceptable from a customers point of view!

Very busy but decent store. seems to cater to retired and elderly. I got the vibe that they don't get a lot of people of color because as soon as I walked in everyone was staring at me and not just because I was wearing PJs and a white T-shirt. The cashier was not very friendly even though I used my best southern courtesy. She seemed to give off a racist attitude. Over all a bit pricey. Not recommended for ethnic types.
