I had a problem due to a carpenter puncturing the propane line in difficult area under the house, and there was a dangerous leak which could have been a real problem. Shirley understood the urgency and organized a quick visit by Darrel and Dustin. They arrived quickly and found the source of the leak within minutes, although I had other people looking for weeks with no luck. They fixed the problem, my house is safe, and I am a big fan of Marsh Propane.

The receptionist aka owner is quite rude. She would not email the estimate to my cousin saying it would only go into the Spam Folder. My cousin has kept track of dates, times, and conversations that were shared with me regarding the phone calls they made to just have someone come out to see what they wanted to have done.I guess this company doesn't need new customers.I do not recommend them.

Terrible service! We put in an order when our tank reached 30%. That was several weeks ago. Our tank has reached between 5%-10%. I've called several times. A delivery still has not been made. We're extremely disappointed in Marsh Propane.

We have had horrible service since switching from our previous propane provider! Being on automatic fill up means nothing to the Abingdon group. We have never dealt with such incompetence from such a well known name in products, although, THAT may be the reason they are known.

I've called multiple times, three days in a row to get a tank refilled and they've yet to answer the phone. Their inbox has been full for several months, so you can't leave a message.
