Michael's used to be the best! Not so much now. They no longer contact customers when prescriptions are ready and they they are failing on delivery service. Yesterday, I was supposed to have two delivered. Only one made it here. The one I needed for last night is still at the pharmacy!

This pharmacy goes out of their way to help you. Great staff wîth knowledgeable people working there. It's not your sterile CVS type. Highly recommend this place. Can't say enough about them. They also deliver your meds if requested. I drive over 25 minutes just so I can get my meds from people I trust.

Worst pharmaceutical experience of my life. Come to this pharmacy if you like to be treated like an inconvenience. Rude, lying, and ignorant. Meanwhile, my cat’s heart failure is progressing over the two weeks he’s now been without medication. They didn’t seem to have trouble charging my credit card though.

I had to move my daughter’s prescription after being told the doctor canceled it when they were just waiting on insurance to do a pre authorization when questioned why I was told the wrong information the pharmacist cussed me out and hung up on me. I have used this pharmacy for the last 4 years and have always been treated with respect until today. I will never use this pharmacy again nor will I ever recommend them again.

Have not had a pleasant experience with this pharmacy. Had to call about a prescription being ready, was told the prescription had not been received 3 times only to find out later it had been there for over a month waiting for me to pick it up with no notification that it was ever ready or received. Was also told I was put on “auto” refill for another compound prescription only to find out the “auto” refill does not inform the staff 3 days prior to needing it, they need 3 days to prepare it, but on the actual day it runs out so therefore you still need to call them 3 days before you run out of medication, no one told me I would still need to call. I do not recommend this establishment.

The staff at Michael’s have always been so good to me. They’re literally the fastest pharmacy I’ve ever been to and they make you feel like a friend when you visit. My health insurance required me to have prescriptions filled at a big chain pharmacy in town which I already knew I was going to hate and I did! I couldn’t ever get anyone on the phone, waited for an hour to pick up my prescriptions every single time. Less than helpful/courteous staff. I could go on and on about h
