“My truck was having an issue with the engine randomly de-rating. I got to their shop about 4 pm. on 7-27-23. i was told they would check it out in an attempt to identify the possible problem.The problem was found to be a part that was not in their shop.the part was ordered and shipped over night, it was installed, the truck was road tested, and I was back on the road again by 5 pm the next day.thanks to all of your guys for doing an excellent job on a short notice.Commercial Carpet Logistics is the company I drive for.We have had a number of our trucks fixed here and will continue to use them as a FIRST choice for our trucks.Thanks again,Randy Clemons (driver truck # 4013)”
